This is a fact that I believe you should also look into, there’s that one thing that if you fix will in turn fix everything else. You know you are addicted to smoking, this smoking is why you can’t sustain a relationship, it is why you can’t keep a job, it’s also why you are depressed because that’s why many of your family members are staying away from you. You know this for a fact, you want to stop but you can’t because you are addicted. This is the story of many of us, for some, it is masturbation, the data you should use to learn a tech skill which will help you land a better job, you use it to watch porn and your life is miserable. We all have that one thing we can change, that one thing we can fix that will fix everything automatically, that thing is the keystone habit. Get every help you can get and fix it, that is the key to your paradise, that is the key to escape from depression, that is the key away from the life of hell you are living. Change that one thing and see how everything changes
