In today’s episode I’m going to talk about the course that you SHOULD be creating. Now I’m not fond of the word “should” and it’s not cut in stone, but most coure creators actually spend a lot of time thinking about the course they “should” be creating, but usually, they’re being directed by external voices and not themselves. It can be confusing because I talk heavily about creating your course with the student being the guide. This is true, after you’ve identified what you believe is your greatest gift, at this point in time, and then it makes it easier to identify what your student or client needs. But how do you do that?  WEBSITE coursemagicdesigns.com FREE RESOURCE Online Courses: Your Path to Entrepreneurship FACEBOOK Facebook Group DM ME SEND ME A FB MESSAGE SCHEDULE A STRATEGY SESSION CALENDLY EMAIL [email protected] TEXT ME (719) 356-8823

Mugs & Magic Mugs & Magic Join Erica and Allen for some caffinated conversations about their passion and experiences with board games, roleplaying games, tabletop gaming and of course coffee. Witch-Hunts and Persecution Dr Nicholas Herriman In this course, we will use the anthropological approach and methodology to understand witch-hunts and persecution. We start by looking at magic, witchcraft and sorcery and explaining the persistence of related beliefs and practices. As we will see the basic idea of witch persecution is that we have an image of a witch (or sorcerer) and then we pin it on someone. We analyze this image in greater detail. Pinning this image on someone is a process of accusation; we analyze among whom, why and how accusations occur. Finally, we look at some “witch-hunts”—including the Great Witch-hunt, the Salem Trials, and McCarthyism—in greater detail. Discworld 02 - The Light Fantastic - 01 of 07 Episodes Raghvendra Singh "Humorously entertaining. . . subtly thought-provoking. . . . Pratchett's Discworld books are filled with humor and with magic, but they're rooted in—of all things—real life and cold, hard reason." —Chicago TribuneThe side-splitting sequel to The Color of Magic, The Light Fantastic by New York Times bestselling author Sir Terry Pratchett takes readers on an offbeat journey with bumbling wizard Rincewind—last seen falling off the edge of Discworld—and hapless tourist Twoflower. It's just one of those days when nothing seems to go right—a most inopportune time for the first tourist ever to set foot (and carnivorous Luggage) on the Discworld to be extending his already eventful vacation. (Not that he currently has much choice in the matter.) But with a monstrous red star on a direct collision course, the future for the residents of this flat planet carried by four elephants riding on the shell of a giant turtle swimming through space appears uncertain at best.
