When u are a heart-centered entrepreneur....you are playing a game beyond mainstream society/beyond what you’ve been taught, beyond what you’ve known. You are exiting the matrix.The matrix that implicitly transmits rules and norms about work.Particularly that there is someone hierarchically “above u” – your boss, boss’s boss etc. Some examples of the employee structural dynamics: ---Hierarchical -- Showing up for work, clocking in, zoning out, gettingpaid ---Working harder to make more money (which isn’t true necessarily but it’s what’s transmitted/instilled) You have opted out of that and decided to create somethingdifferent for yourself.
