Welcome back my Clan of the Crave Bears! Happy June! I’ve now been married for 2 and a half weeks and all is well. I am seeing a lot of people having stress and anxiety about summer dress and swimsuit season. A couple of times a year, I spend a little bit of time talking about fitness. Body confidence and fitness is so critically important to women.   Today we have 2 former fitness models on the show today.
