Send us Fan MailIn this episode of Everything’s Messy Podcast, I sat down with transformation facilitator and fellow podcaster Heather Stewart—who I originally met when she invited me on Back to Me, her podcast. Fast forward to now, and Heather is absolutely thriving with her signature program Thriving Life Method and her mission to help people Illuminate Their Worth. And wow—this convo was EVERYTHING. 🔥We started off busting the myth of “work/life balance”—you know, that magical idea that everything can be perfectly even and stress-free if you just read the right self-help book. 🙄 Heather flipped that narrative and introduced the idea of harmony instead. Harmony is about movement, flow, and being able to shift as life does. Because let’s be real: life doesn’t stay still, and neither should we. 💃Heather got vulnerable about her journey from burnt-out CPA to soul-searching world traveler. From sitting in a corporate office moving million-dollar numbers around like puzzle pieces to nearly running a red light on the way to yoga (yep—because hustle culture can be that toxic), she knew something had to change. So, she blew up her entire life—quit her job, sold her house, got divorced, and booked a one-way ticket to India. 🧘‍♀️✈️Her messy transformation didn’t stop there. In 2021, she suffered not one, not two, but three strokes—during a time she was already living a healthy, grounded life. But instead of spiraling, she got still, listened, and asked the universe what she was supposed to learn. And what emerged? A renewed sense of purpose, her podcast, and a deep realization that people don’t just need physical healing—they need emotional and spiritual support, too. 💖We laughed (a lot), got a little emotional, and connected over the truth that sometimes our biggest “messy moments” aren’t the ones we expect. Heather thought hers would be the stroke, but nope—it was that soul-crushing accounting job that did her in 😂 And I so related because, hello... heart attack anyone?Until next time… keep it messy, friends! 🌀✨Connect with Heather Stewart:https://heatherstewart.coach/https://www.facebook.com/heatherstewartcoacheshttps://www.youtube.com/@HeatherStewartCoachinghttps://www.instagram.com/heatherstewartcoachingConnect with Everything’s Messy:Website: https://www.everythingsmessywellness.com/ X - https://x.com/everythingsmes/status/1767942253899817017?s=46Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/everythingsmessypodcast/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/everythingsmessywellness/Tik Tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@everythingsmessyEmail: :[email protected]: https://www.youtube.com/@everythingsmessy
