#94 Release the fucks, show up & save earthworms! 🪱

What an old man at the pool taught me about shame, selling, and showing up online. 💬 aka how a casual beach day turned into an energetic reframe I was lounging at my beach club, scrolling through DMs, answering questions, connecting with potential clients. Selling my offers. From my phone. In the shade. Regulated. Then I hear this older man say: “These kids today… they’re always on their phones. Not doing anything.” And I realized… he meant me. 😂 And yeah, he was kind of right. I was on my phone. But what he didn’t realize? I was literally working. Selling. Leading. Building a business from a beach chair. It made me think about how much shame women still carry around being seen doing their work. Especially when it doesn’t look like “work.” → Building a business online → Selling in the DMs → Taking a beach selfie → Making a Reel → Even just… being visible We’ve internalized so many messages about how we’re supposed to show up. That if it looks fun, or easy, or feminine… it must not be serious. It must not count. Spoiler: it does. This episode is about all of that. ✨ Visibility ✨ Judgement ✨ Why being seen is still radical ✨ And how I transmute casual moments like this into deep energetic clarity 🎧 New episode is live: What an Old Man at the Pool Taught Me About Selling in 2025 → If you’re building a spiritual biz → If you’ve felt weird about selling online → If you want to stop hiding your magnetism
