金源源咖啡粉创办人孙利顺为了更好地了解如何冲泡出一杯好喝的咖啡，花了大约一年的时间到不同的咖啡店向头手学习。从把水煮沸后，要让水放置一会儿，热水冲下时要让咖啡粉浸泡大约三分钟，过后才搅动，一系列的步骤巨细靡遗地记录下来，因为每个步骤都会影响咖啡的口感。 咖啡豆买进来后，需要磨成粉，刚开始的时候，咖啡豆是交给一家工厂磨成粉，而自己只能在外头干等。过了一阵子，孙利顺觉得这样不是办法，因为自己无法控制咖啡粉的品质。 后来孙利顺决定自己烘焙咖啡以便更好的掌握品质的稳定度。 当年一包咖啡豆60公斤，由工人扛在肩头，要把咖啡倒进容器需要几个人一起扛，过程中需要大量的人力，让孙利顺思考机械化的重要性。See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
