2026年8月14日から、Claude Codeで許可を求める確認画面が既定で出なくなります。代わりに、取り返しのつかない操作や環境の外に向かう操作を止める判定の仕組みが入ります。根拠として、確認画面で人が97%を承認していたこと、危ないコマンドを人は13.6%しか止められず判定側は89%止めたことが示されました。同じ週には、確認画面からコマンドの一部を隠せていた不具合も直っています。
