98 -Manifesting Joy: A Christmas Thank You

from Beyond Chronic Disease · host Wendy Gathercole

1. Your Thoughts Shape Your Reality "Everything you experience starts with your thoughts. If you're always thinking negatively, your mind will focus on problems, fear, or what you don't have, and your life will reflect that. But when you focus on positive thoughts, you'll start seeing more good things, opportunities, and growth in your life. What you think shapes your world." 2. You Become What You Believe "Your thoughts lead to your beliefs, and your beliefs drive how you act. If you believe you’re not good enough or deserving of success, you’ll unconsciously avoid opportunities that could bring you happiness or progress. But if you believe in your worth, you'll take actions that align with that belief, and good things will start to happen. You become what you believe." 3. You Can Choose What to Focus On "The great thing about thoughts is that you can choose where to focus your attention. Life can be tough, but you can control how you respond to it. If you choose to focus on gratitude, kindness, and what’s going well—even in difficult times—you train your mind to find the good. Where your focus goes, your energy flows. By choosing to focus on the positive, you create a more positive reality."
