98 | New Research! Don’t Have Time to Exercise? Even 5 Min. A Day Can Make a Difference

from Thriving in Christ | Professional Women, High Level Habits, Resilience, Burnout, Stress, Grief · host Dr. Ioana Popa | Psychiatrist Educator, Executive Coach, Speaker & Spiritual Care Formation

Many Professional Christian Women, in the midst of their busy lives and the multitude of responsibilities, do not have time to take care of their own well-being. Because they are so eager to prioritize caring for others and their communities, in a Christ-like manner, it is difficult for them (if not impossible) to find time to exercise for 30-60 min a day. But here's the good news: more and more scientific research is showing that even a small amount of exercise on a daily basis can have positive health benefits! If this is you, this should give you a renewed sense of hope and encouragement to start and take some small steps TODAY to take care of yourself, the temple of God, so small that you cannot fail! Because today is all we have. If we stop to think about it, when tomorrow comes, it is only a 'today' experience. Whether you're already committed to a routine or just beginning to explore building your renewal habits, what I'll share today might give you valuable insights or fresh perspectives about the importance of doing AND adding small achievable pockets of exercises throughout the day. Of course, this is NOT medical advice, instead, this is a short exploration of how science supports the idea that we can make progress, no matter how small the steps we might take. Let's get started learning about the science of preventing cancer and helping diabetes through daily exercise! 👍 If this episode blessed you, you can DOWNLOAD IT & LEAVE us a QUICK REVIEW!
