In dieser Mental Power Podcast Folge spreche ich über die 3 Elemente der Achtsamkeit. Es geht darum mit deiner Aufmerksamkeit immer wieder in den jetzigen Moment zurück zu kommen.

1. Innehalten

Wenn du dich zum Beispiel über etwas ärgerst, weil du im Stau stehst oder etwas nicht so gelaufen ist wie du es dir vorgestellt hast. Dann kannst du einmal ganz bewusst ein- und ausatmen und wahrnehmen oder es benennen, was gerade in dir vorgeht. Etwas langsamer auszuführen, macht es ebenfalls leichter, achtsam zu sein.

2. Beobachten

Sei von innen her ein Beobachter deiner Selbst. Du kannst wahrnehmend fühlen was da jetzt gerade ist und so wirst du nicht von deinen Gefühlen überwältigt, noch verdrängst du sie. Du gibst ihnen einfach den Raum da zu sein und wahrgenommen zu werden.

3. Zurückkehren

Wenn du bemerkst, dass du dich bei dem, was du tust, in Gedanken oder Tagträumen verlierst, dann kehre mit deiner Aufmerksamkeit freundlich wieder zum Objekt deiner Beobachtung oder Handlung zurück.
