En este episodio analizamos a fondo una de las ediciones más rápidas y espectaculares de la Maratón de Valencia 2025, y lo hacemos junto a dos de sus protagonistas españoles: Jesús Olmos y Nassim Hassaous, que nos cuentan en primera persona cómo vivieron la carrera, sus sensaciones, estrategias y momentos clave. Desgranamos también los parciales, ritmos y decisiones tácticas de los grandes nombres del día. Hablamos del triunfo de John Korir, que se impuso con un brutal 2:02:24, corriendo a 2:54/km de media, y del impresionante salto de Alex Yee, que firmó 2:06:37, segunda mejor marca británica de la historia, con un cierre final a 2:52/km. En el análisis masculino repasamos en detalle los parciales de Ibrahim Chakir, primer español con 2:07:21, ejecutando una maratón casi perfecta entre 3:00 y 3:02/km. Sumamos también el rendimiento del propio Nassim Hassaous, que nos acompaña en el episodio tras correr 2:08:43 con un final demoledor a 3:00/km, y el de Jesús Ángel Olmos, quien también interviene en el podcast tras completar un sólido 2:10:14, manteniéndose estable hasta el kilómetro 35. También ponemos en valor las actuaciones españolas de Meritxell Soler (2:23:49) y Ester Navarrete (2:24:31), ambas en ritmos de 3:24–3:25/km y en línea con la élite europea. Comentamos además los récords nacionales batidos en Alemania, Noruega y Japón, todos por debajo de 2:05, confirmando el carácter ultrarrápido de Valencia.
