how is your relationship with your future self? do you look out for them? do you plan for them? do you ignore your current self in regards to them? I find being friends with my future self, like I would with any other friend, makes me a more conscious and present decision maker. a change in mindset alone can't change the world, but it can improve your perspective on it.
