UntitledTHE COUNTESS OF BLOOD This is a song I wrote after reading about a Hungarian noble women, a female vampire who was said to bathe in the blood of young virgins in an attempt to achieve immortality. Back in the 15th century, she lived in a Transylvanian castle, where she murdered some 300 people ; for these crimes, she was placed under castle arrest, It seems at that time killing your peasants was not considered an offence if you were part of the aristocracy or royalty.
