    Champagne

UntitledThis is a song I wrote about champagne , through our history it has played it's part from washing the dust of battle from Napoleon's and Churchill's parched pallets to leading Hollywood love scenes, indeed Marilyn Monroe had a bath tub filled with 350 bottles all she did was laugh.

    RUBY

this is a song I wrote for a friend is drinking lots of port in a wine tasting fest ,I called it Ruby de Porto after the fantastic red that Portugal produces , amazing to think back in 1678 a couple of wine merchants discovered it by chance.

    Paris in spring time 27066084

PARIS IN THE SPRING A song I wrote about Paris in the spring it's a place I know quite well I've even used to sleep on the streets there forty years ago without any problems, I don't think it would be possible now ,but riots and mass unrest isn't anything new to this everso beautiful city, way back when De Gaulle was in charge he called a snap election and dissolved his government due to the ferocity of the riots back in 1968.Taser's an tear gasalas are the weapon's to try and control the mob an masses , I had a taste of some C S gas forty years ago and I don't want anymore thankyou , very painful indeed a young reckless fool in the CRS police the big boppers in green uniforms ..

    MY STEPMOTHER

This is a song I wrote for my stepmother, Jean, who is a tower of strength. Even into her 80s, she remains exceptionally sharp of mind and strong. She had to put up with my father for 48 years, which, I can tell you, was a very heavy, burdensome cross to carry.

  5. 286

    GENIISIS

A song I wrote Inspired by advances in bionic hybrid humans, nanotechnology, and D N A cancer fighting T-cells , our replacement organs are now grown in pigs that have been humanised with our own DNA or by chimerism , while viral vectors and gene therapies blur the boundaries between species. As biology and technology merge, are we in danger of becoming a human hybrid chimera as like the cat on this thumbnail ?.

    Monday morning blues (3)

This is the song I wrote from a poem five years ago, i called it Mood indigo it's about getting up for work on Monday morning with a banging hangover, my mother's words echoing the chorus !! .

  7. 284

    Todd's tune

This is a tune I wrote for my godson. It's sung through the eyes of his sister, whom he annoys dreadfully in the usual sibling rivalry. At the moment, he's become Michael Jackson after seeing the new biopic, dancing to "Billie Jean" and all the Jackson 5 tracks.

    voice changer 2026 05 17 16 56

This is a song I wrote after listening to a friend explaining the details of a dating site he was uploading his advertisement onto. The reason I say this is that it resembles buying a car, where you look at the details, bodywork, etc. You put in an age category, model/gender, mileage/number of owners i.e., marriages/partners, then swipe left or right and hold to view in detail just like on many sites that trade in goods or cars. Then you begin to swipe through the menu.

    TEMPLE'S TO TEMPTATION

TEMPLES TO TEMPTATION I wrote this song after hearing how the gambling citadels / casinos of the world spend billions crafting their digital Devil's delusions to make the punters feel they're one moment from winning the jackpot. The sons of perdition have certainly built some of the most magnificent Temples to Temptation.

    SONG FOR JAMES

This is the song I wrote for a friend of mine who's moving abroad to live with his new bride , it's a massive step into the unknown . I myself once did it at eighteen and never looked back who dares wins!!. Good luck Mon Brave , remember The Groundhog Day A packet a pay , and a sky of grey is the alternative if you stay.

    The treadmill

This is a song I wrote. I had to listen to a friend of mine this morning a dreadfully overweight businessman telling me that he was on a treadmill he couldn’t get off. I know the feeling , today another commuter threw themselves under the train at Doncaster. I then had to five different connections , by the time I’d finished, I thought I was going to have a massive jammer; no wonder we call it the heart attack hill this trans- Siberian tread mill

An introduction to my redhead music collection.

    MONDAY MORNING

This is a song I wrote about the men in black those dreaded debt collectors. They arrive like dark shadows of doom looking very similar to funeral directors who carry away a corpse ;These guys also cart away a lost life. I've experienced both , neither was a pleasant experience, You're left with a big empty space where once life used to thrive.

    MEN IN BLACK

This is a song I wrote about the men in black those dreaded debt collectors. They arrive like dark shadows of doom looking very similar to funeral directors who carry away a corpse ;These guys also cart away a lost life. I've experienced both , neither was a pleasant experience, You're left with a big empty space where once life used to thrive.

    HEAVEN

HEAVEN SENT This is a song I wrote after seeing an old friend that I've known for ever and "never" the reason I say that is due to us becoming now almost strangers after living in each others pockets for a life time, as they say familiarity breeds contempt as I get older I do begin to observe this in older companions.https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2tled

    AL CAPONE (2)

This is a song I wrote about the short but violent life of the gangster, racketeer and business man called "big Al Capone" who ruled the American Prohibition era boot-legging booze , brothel's and bars.He came out of the notorious Five Points slum district described as the "Hell’s Kitchen" of New York; the last bastion of Beelzebub. He basically murdered his way to the top , A six feet piece of terror and testosterone.who ended dying of neurosyphilis with mental age of twelve ; he spent all his time writing songs in Alcatraz with a quintet called the "Rock Islanders" a banjo jazz band who played for the jail birds on Sundays.

  19. 272

    THE STYLE TYCOON

This is a ditty I wrote about the boy from Brixton "Bowie". The chameleon of creativity, the style Tycoon who pushed convention over a cliff ;My mother and father hated him and used to call him a looney toon with a head full of cartoons hence the chorus. But his iconic innovation shaped the world of pop, and that’s why I loved him then and now , even when interviewed you can see he was enjoying himself, he loved to lampoon, he once admitted that lying was a hobby a self mythicalisation to fool the press he was a genius

  20. 271

    THE RAVENS

This is a song I wrote after reading about the ravens in the Tower of London. Long ago, they were the city’s street cleaning squad as they are now. The Tower’s executions were, to them, a rare treat of meat. Now they're a tourist greet, their bellies packed with blood biscuits rabbit. Pampered, praised, and plump, they are awarded military rank and are subject to the same strict code as soldiers, with some court martialed and dishonourably discharged for bad behaviour.

    THE RIVER Instrumental

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2This is a song I wrote about a crazy preacher man I lived with for ten years , he's a fire and brimstone man of god from Glasgow who studied at Scots college Rome , The Vatican. The firebrand once Babtised me in an ice cold glacial river in the high Alpine maritime of France , stating "I'll wash the Fxxxxxx sin from your worthless soul; looking back from the deep water at his husky dog blue eyes and the clear blue sky I thought I was going to die !!.After he'd given me his devine water boarding in the freezing fjord I certainly felt cleansed of conscience and less conceited.

    A FALLEN ANGEL

Untihttps://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2Marianne Faithfull was the glam goddess who rose to fame in the sixties as a singing sexual superstar. Known for her rebellious lifestyle, she lived with Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones at the height of their fame. Her story is one of a dramatic fall from a celestial ceiling into decades of addiction and life on the streets. After years in the drug dungeon of hell, she eventually quit heroin and made a remarkable comeback. Not bad for a Catholic girl educated by nuns, born to an aristocratic mother and a strict, disciplinarian father a major. I've called her the fallen angel because she was so angelic shaped by devout Catholic schooling, only then to descend into a dark satanic street life before resurrecting from the dead like a Lady of Lazarus.https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2tled

    COLUMBINE HIGH

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2This is a song I wrote after seeing my fourteen year old goddaughter watching The Walking Dead, totally immune to the violent killings. In the USA, by the age of eighteen, children have seen some ten thousand murders and two hundred thousand acts of gratuitous violence to the point where fact and fiction become one in a cranium crossover; Now the world is now looking into the links between violence on TV and columbine copy kat killers come death worshipping kids who seem brainwashed by blood lust.https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2

  24. 267

    MADONNA

This is a song I wrote about Madonna who has been entertaining us for fifty years non stop reinventing herself over and over she was the jump board for lady Gaga Milly Cyrus and all modern day rock chicks bravissimo girl !!.

  25. 266

    RED HEAD

This is a song I wrote about watching and listening to the multimedia T V and radio news , its doomsday message will make you blow a fuse or turn you to the booze, for New Year it's something I'm gonna have to loose in order to combat the blues.

  26. 265

    medusa

FEMME FATALE A song I wrote for an ex girlfriend first in acapella then with instrumental accompaniment, it's about the sirens swan song that you hear just before your love boat runs aground and you scent the sulphur this being the final pheromone you smell as you slowly begin to drowned

  27. 264

    FLASH BACKS

A song I wrote about friends of mine who tried a little too many thrills pills and spills; they now have rather a dislocated dendritic projector playing in their brain which keeps having flash backs giving them a dislocated dialogue that's on repeat or replay .I always try in my life and work to keep a little rhythm rhyme and reason after being sideways from sobriety for so many years; still it's a little eerie to be listening to their loop the loop reels of rhetoric which suddenly stop then start over again.https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2

  28. 263

    BRIDGET BARDOT

This is a song I wrote about Bridget Bardot the sixties blond bombshell who became a French superstar, termed by President de Gaulle as being as important a French export as the Renault car company. She was a French icon of beauty, worshipped and beloved, as important as Joan of Arc. She was a ballerina beauty from the Paris Conservatoire, a child prodigy and one of only six students accepted. At the height of her fame, she turned her back on everything and everyone to live as a total recluse in a fisherman’s cottage in Saint-Tropez, with only her rescued pets and a bottle of Pétrus for company.

    THE RIVER

This is a song I wrote about a crazy preacher man I lived with for ten years , he's a fire and brimstone man of god from Glasgow who studied at Scots college Rome , The Vatican.

  30. 261

    THE GAYDAR GIRL

This is a song I wrote for a hard drinking Marlborough man called Simon, who got pretty busted up when he fell in love with a girl back in the seventies. I know how he feels! Back then Pride didn’t exist, but she was called Gaydar , a very unusual name so I suppose he should have seen the red/pride flags, but then so should I.He still misses her, and those wild days driving across Africa, living under canvas. They had the wildest times — and so did I !!!!.

  31. 260

    THE JAZZ MAN

THE JAZZ MAN This is a little jazz piece I wrote inspired by a friend of mine whose sir name is "Wright" hence why i based the lyrics around that rhyming similie , come pun . I had the privilege of studying Jazz under the guiding tutelage of a brilliant Jazz-man maestro named Mr Bentley who had a music room with the model D black Steinway turned to perfection which I can only be held responsible for knocking it back out of tune as a young clumsy muso ; He did once tell me that in his younger days his apprentice working as a gas fitter was the legendary Joe Cocker himself that takes some beating the Woodstock Wizard himself. All rights reserved

    FOREVER

This is a song I wrote for a friend of mine who's just got married I do wish him all the best and hope that it's forever and ever Amen as with the title of the song.

  33. 258

    woman

This is a song I wrote for the only woman I do desperately wanted to marry, but then you know what desperate men get , that's right they get crushed and damned ; we destroyed each other through drink jealousy and mutual madness, I never recovered and neither did she , love so dangerous in foolish young hands.

    Coco (1)

Coco Chanel came from scratch poor humble origins. Abandoned as an orphan to the sacred heart of the Catholic church, from there she became a rag to riches success story changing fashion forever and in her words freeing women from the enslavement of corseted clothing which she regarded as similar to upholstering a piece of furniture rather than feminine fashion.https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2

    THE ROTHSCHILDS ROULETTE

This is a song I wrote after reading about how much sovereign debt countries around the world are carrying. In Britain, we have three trillion pounds £45,000 on every person’s head. In America, it’s $110,000 per person. A hundred trillion is owed to the world’s monetary institutions, which in turn are financed by the world’s richest megalomaniacs i.e., the Rothschilds and Rockefeller foundations who then milk the nations people of everything they're worth.

    Dr who

Untitledhttps://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2This is a tougue in cheek song I wrote about the "New Dr Who" ,our travelling Time Lord from the sixties who has now turned into a trans gender Time Lord. Disney have cancelled it due not really getting the Doctors ability to change colour and sex which was quite an original concept ; well all I can say is they better not come to the Christmas pantomimes or if you do bring your very best sense of humour,or the leading Dame's gonna terrify you. They probably now think that The B B C stands for The Bisexual Broadcasting Corporation.p.s I suppose the TARDIS will end up as an old blue portaloo.https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2

    HITMAN FOR HIRE

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2This is a song I wrote about an Irish crime boss who’s been on the run for a long time. He has a five million dollar bounty on his head from the FBI and many other secret service organizations. But he has brains, brawn, and beauty. He changes his coat of many colours, camouflaging himself like a chameleon to evade capture.https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVdBq6wMdF6uQZBZ9Tudc6-cWqqmP2Gk2

    BLOOD MONEY

This is a song written about the world leaders, If a dirty descend into this den of thieves he would have great difficulty in deciphering who was Judas, it seems that all political leaders are lawyers and money lenders he'd be smothered in a lot of lipstick kisses from every Devine Judas and Jezebel; trouble is they all look and sound the same power dressed in midnight blue; and soon after taking power , they begin to fly around the heavens in lear jet pretending to be demigods and Dieties , the only time they land is when their bubbles burst . Many even change or acquire a faith to gain more favour from their fawning fan club.

  40. 251

    THE MAGPIE

A song I wrote about the Magpie. Whenever I see magpies my mother used to say that they were lucky if they came in pairs, but when I look at them I always see little spives , dressed in a black dinner jackets , similar to a bookie at a race course .They should be wearing a little masks like a burglar because they are the thieves of they steal every sort of bling and their nests an aladdin's cave a treasure chests of stolen bling. A

    A BLOOD AN FIRE BRIDE

UntitledTHE COUNTESS OF BLOOD This is a song I wrote after reading about a Hungarian noble women, a female vampire who was said to bathe in the blood of young virgins in an attempt to achieve immortality. Back in the 15th century, she lived in a Transylvanian castle, where she murdered some 300 people ; for these crimes, she was placed under castle arrest, It seems at that time killing your peasants was not considered an offence if you were part of the aristocracy or royalty.

  42. 249

    LET THE KINGDOM COME

A song wrote for my religious friends who keep telling me I should come and join the congregation and learn how to pray . I thought a sort of powerful sung prayer come requiem my attempt to celebrate with Jerry my wonderful worldly wise lay preacher and also J B the Irish Cannon from trinity college who I shared spirit and space with . Amen to both of you ,I hope you both made it across into the kingdom of heaven I'm sure they're still looking down upon me a shaking their heads with bemused beatific disappointment ,as always.

  43. 248

    COCO CHANEL

Coco Chanel came from scratch poor humble origins. Abandoned as an orphan to the sacred heart of the Catholic church, from there she became a rag to riches success story changing fashion forever and in her words freeing women from the enslavement of corseted clothing which she regarded as similar to upholstering a piece of furniture rather than feminine fashion.

  44. 247

    THE BLACK DOG

THE BLACK DOGThis is the song I wrote about the black dog of depression which once bit a hold of me and wouldn't let go. I was living in a tiny garrett flat down and out on drugs an drink. Then one day I wrote on the empty stark white walls in foot high blood red letters DEPRESSION WILL KILL YOU!! . l began to fight back I've now laid my baskervillian beast into the steel cold ground ,I hear him whimpering now and then but I laugh and turn my face from the darkness to the light.

  45. 246

    AMAZING GRACE

AMAZING GRACEThis is a song I wrote about the three Graces of the sea: one being the notorious pirate Grace O'Malley, the queen of all pirates; Grace Darling, who lived her life in a lighthouse and saved eight souls from a watery grave; and Grace, who lives below me and still sails the seas around the world in her seventies. Formidable female mariners hence why I've written the song using the Shipping Forecast, its shanties forming the stanzas. All rights reserved

  46. 245

    BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

This is a short song I wrote about the woman that was called the angel of Auschwitz , she was the coolest guard who sent thousands to their deaths, trailing Nuremberg she just smoked and smiled and told the executioner Albert pierpoint to hurry up

  47. 244

    Satchmo

A song I wrote for Louis Armstrong the jazz genius of the trumpet who came from a dirty poor background to now be a legend in his own life time.

  48. 243

    THE GEEK (1)

A song I wrote about the geek retreat café, which is full of flower power people who live their lives in the human hologram of a 3d world.

  49. 242

    Motown

A song I wrote to celebrate the Motown music from the city of Detroit in America mainly by black musicians in 1959 it was a brand new innovation which took the world by storm but still does today.

    femme fatale

The femme fatale is a song I wrote about an ex girlfriend who nearly killed me ,these girls are like sirens that lure you on to the rocks.
