In today's episode I had the opportunity to sit down with Steve Oram the founder of Proud & Gifted, a Not-ForProfit organisation that celebrates the successes of young individuals particularly from under-represented backgrounds.
Tired of the negative narrative portrayed in the media about young people he set on an incredible journey which has led to him personally recognising nearly 500 young people's achievements with a Proud & Gifted award and being selected as a baton bearer for the Commonwealth Games and Queen's Platinum jubilee.

Steve is an incredibly charismatic man, with a huge smile, who literally works non-stop and inspires positivity in everything he does; it was a real pleasure to hear his plans for Proud & Gifted going forward.
