A sound that’s as unpredictable as a late-night London adventure - part cocktail bar sophistication, part sweaty underground club.Born to Ukrainian and British parents, Sonia grew up with one foot in each culture, soaking up the folk traditions of Eastern Europe and the vibrant music scene of her hometown. Her songs pull from this rich duality, blending nostalgia with modern beats. No stranger to the stage, Sonia’s gig history is as varied as her influences. She’s sold out headline shows at London’s world-famous Pizza Express Live and Shoreditch’s Electro Swing night. As an independent artist she previously earned features on several Spotify editorial playlists including: New Music Friday UK and Jazz UK as well as radio support from BBC Introducing and 6Music.
