A Family Touched By Dementia Honors Their Father and Community

Today we have Judy Shmerling Given the Director of Campus Development at Abe’s Garden with us. Judy began working with her brother, Michael Shmerling and his team in 2006, to develop Abe’s Garden in memory of their father, Abram Shmerling. The idea was to create a nurturing and innovative community that provides new hope to families of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
