In chapter 3 of Ephesians Paul is praying that we, as Christians, would be strengthened. Paul is praying that God would strengthen us through the power of the Spirit so that we may live a life that is rooted and grounded in Christ. Always be aware that God is able. Keeping this in the forefront of our minds helps us to live a life of gratitude, confidence and hope in Jesus, which makes us strong for the life we are called to live.
