So it has been six months? Eight? A year? It's been quite a while but I'm back and this time, I'm back to stay. Sometimes life can through some overwhelming challenges your way and there's little or nothing you can do to control the torrents. However, when you do survive, you come back a lot stronger. It's always good to reflect on the past, try to limit regrets, and note down all the positive ways the storm may have shaped you. That's my new approach this year and I'm so excited to speak to you guys about my highs and lows, and especially all the lessons I've gathered from it.  This episode is just a short preview of the episodes and topics to come.
