Dr. Mullins served his denomination nationally on the 2001 Committee on Committees of The Southern Baptist Convention. Brother Bobby was National Alumni President of Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary from June, 2004- June, 2006. He served on The Executive Board of The Tennessee Baptist Convention from 2006-2011. While senior pastor of Central Baptist Church in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Dr. Mullins led the church to begin a bi-weekly edited 30 minute television broadcast, "In Times Like These,” which aired regionally for five years. It is aired in the thousands of hotel/motel rooms, chalets, cabins, and other rental units in the Great Smoky Mountains region where several million visit each year, and is a way Bro. Bobby is able to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus (Matt. 28:19-20). The program airs periodically in Memphis and Jackson, Mississippi.
