A Gifted Church is a Growing Church: Ephesians 4:7-16

In this message, we explore what it means to be a church that is both gifted and growing. While not everything that grows is healthy, everything that is healthy will grow—and God’s design for His church is rooted in both spiritual unity and gifted diversity. Unity doesn’t mean uniformity; instead, it’s the Spirit-held togetherness of a people who have been uniquely equipped by grace. Walking through Ephesians 4, we see that every gift has a source, a structure, and a purpose. Christ Himself is the giver, distributing grace in ways that build a diverse body. He establishes leaders to equip the saints, not to do the ministry alone, but to multiply it through others. And as each person steps into their role, the result is a church marked by stability, sincerity, and synergy. True church growth isn’t just about attendance—it’s about contribution. As every part does its work, the body matures, reflects Christ more clearly, and becomes exactly what it was designed to be.
