A Heart Shaped by Gratitude

The gospel is meant to change the way we see people. In Philippians 1:1-11, Paul writes to a church made up of unlikely people brought together by grace, and his gratitude for them reveals what a gospel-shaped heart looks like. When we stop seeing grace in others, gratitude disappears and criticism takes over. But God is not finished with any of us. He who began a good work will carry it on to completion. That promise invites us to look at the people around us not for what is wrong, but for where God is at work.
