His firm, The Company Psychologist, assesses talent for businesses in a variety of industries and is passionate about helping companies find the rightindividuals to fit their unique cultures. He strongly believes that “Companies hire for skills but fire for attitude.” He coaches leaders and those who want to be leaders, both in how to increase theireffectiveness as leaders and how to become the best versions of themselves. He says, “People arecapable of dramatic change and growth.
