A lack of perspective gives rise to contradictions

I know that’s a long title for any post (recommended is 5 or less words) but I’m risking a liberty in hopes of conveying an idea too big in fewer words. Some things are better said than not, you see? Even if it generates a laugh of any kind, for today’s laugh may save many a heart attack they didn’t know was lurking round the corner from not laughing out loud since some time. On that note, please listen to the podcast and hopefully it makes much sense. Hopefully, you would also attempt to express those many things doing the rounds in your insides so the steam gets a let out and your self-esteem a comfortabler space to be in from somebody anybody knowing that they are not alone in what they are going through because you found a way to express what’s going on inside you in a safe and comfortable-to-express manner. That’s also how a volcano does not happen - by letting out some steam every now and then through the different available nooks and channels through which the substance of your pressure could mineralise a malnourished ecosystem from want of a sufficient give.
