A LECTURE FREE DAY

Today was supposed to be a normal day, but it ended up being a full lecture-free day and my body took full advantage. I had an application by 6am, so I woke up early, rushed through it, and by the time I was done I was already exhausted. Didn’t even try to fight it — I just went back to sleep till 8. That extra sleep felt like heaven after the early morning stress. Then I had a meeting later, so I got up, got ready, and went out. Meeting wasn’t too long but moving around still drained me. I got back home around 4pm and my energy was completely finished. Didn’t think twice, just crashed on my bed and slept straight till evening. No lectures, no pressure, no rushing anywhere. Just sleep, wake up, eat a little, then sleep again. Honestly it was one of those rare free days where nothing serious happened. Just application → sleep → meeting → back home → sleep till evening. My body needed that rest badly. Now I’m awake and feeling a bit human again. Sometimes a “do nothing” day is exactly what you need to reset. Thanks for visiting
