QSV HAS BEEN DISQUALIFIED 😪😑
Ahh QSV disqualified after playing in rain? That one pain me 😭 We played that match against Fine and Applied Arts under heavy rain. The pitch was waterlogged, people were sliding everywhere, and jerseys were soaked before the first 10 minutes. But we still played because na Deans Cup and nobody wan lose bragging rights. We fought hard and ended 2:2. That draw was sweet because it took us straight to semi final. The whole QS department was already shouting and planning how we go carry the cup this year. We left the pitch tired, muddy, but happy. Then two days later wahala started. Faculty DOS came out with a statement say QSV used "machineries" and since we no get complete squad, we no get right to use them. So the 2:2 no count again. They gave FAA a 3:0 win and disqualified us. Just like that. All the running in rain, all the tackles, all the goals... cancelled on paper. The worst part be say our own departmental DOS confirmed we truly no get enough players that day, so we had to bring people to complete. But the faculty rule is clear: if your squad no complete, you no fit rent machineries. Right now the department dey vex. We played in rain, we drew the game, we qualified, and now they tell us it doesn’t matter. Some people dey say na politics, some say the rules suppose don dey checked before we even enter pitch. But as it stands now, semi final dey close and QSV name no dey there again. All the effort, the mud, the cold, the 2:2 that felt like a win... all gone. For us QS ballers e dey frustrating because we played with what we had. Rain fall, we still show up. Now we dey watch from outside while other departments dey prepare. Nobody dey happy about it at all ⛹️♀️ THANKS FOR VISITING

ARGENTINA VS ENGLAND 2:1 WORLD CUP SEMI FINAL 😁😁😁
Bro I just finished recreating the Argentina vs England 2:1 World Cup match on efootball today 😂 I was supposed to do Spain vs France yesterday but I postponed it, so today had to be Argentina. I set the lineups, kits, everything. And as usual with Argentina games, it was calm until the end then madness. England scored first and I was already thinking “nah not again” but Argentina just waited till the die minutes to turn up. That’s exactly how the real match went too. The real crazy part was Messi. Man didn’t score but he gave two assists in the die minutes and that’s what brought Argentina back to life. First one was like 88th minute, he picked the ball from midfield, beat two guys and slipped it to Lautaro. Then 90+3 he did it again — same thing, calm pass and boom 2:1. In my efootball recreation it played out almost the same way. I was already tired and ready to accept a draw then Messi just decided to cook. Two assists back to back in added time. That’s why people call him the GOAT honestly. When it matters he shows up. As soon as that second goal went in my whole hostel went crazy 😭 The Argentina fans couldn’t hold it in. Some guys in my hostel got one small Keke and they climbed on top of it. No lie, they were standing on top of the vehicle rounding the full student area shouting “Messi! Messi!”. Horns were blowing, people were running out of their rooms in slippers. It was like the hostel turned into Buenos Aires for 10 minutes. Everybody was singing Argentina songs and saying “if not for Messi we were dead”. Those two die minute assists gave them life. It was actually funny because some England fans in the hostel were quiet the whole time, then Messi did his thing and they just vanished 😂 But the vibe was mad. Even people that don’t watch football came out because of the noise. The Keke guys kept going round and round the student area till security told them to stop. We were all just hyped because of how Argentina stole it late. 2:1, Messi with two assists in the die minutes, and a whole celebration in my hostel with people standing on top of a Keke. That match will be in my head for a while. THANKS FOR VISITING 😁😁

COULD QSV DEPARTMENT BE OUT OF THE DEANS CUP?😁😑
The Deans Cup in my faculty is always serious business. It’s the faculty league where all 8 departments in Environmental Science have to face themselves to decide who carries the cup. We’re talking Urban and Regional Planning, Estate Management, Geography, Architecture, Building, Surveying and Geoinformatics, Fine and Applied Arts, and my own department Quantity Surveying. Every year it’s pressure, bragging rights, and department pride on the line. No friendliness once the whistle blows. The rule that makes everything tight is about “machineries”. That’s what we call players that are not from your department. Basically outsiders or guys you borrow just to make your squad strong. The rule is clear: if your department doesn’t have a complete squad, you don’t have the right to rent machineries. The whole point is to make it fair so nobody just buys players and wins the tournament easily. Everybody knows this, and every department tries to manage with whoever they have. So our last group match was QS against Fine and Applied Arts. We drew 2:2 and that result was enough to take us to the semi final. But after the game wahala started. Faculty DOS said we used machineries even though we didn’t have a complete squad. According to them our qualification doesn’t count again, and they gave Fine and Applied Arts a 3:0 victory over us. That means we’re disqualified. Meanwhile our own departmental DOS said we truly didn’t have enough players, so we had no choice. Now it’s been back and forth. Quantity Surveying ballers have been facing the heat because of it ⛹️♀️ Right now the whole department is vexed. We fought to get that draw and qualify, only for it to be cancelled on paper. Some people are saying it’s politics, some are saying the rules should have been checked before the match. Either way, it has caused serious tension in the faculty. The semi finals are close but we don’t even know if we’ll be part of it. For QS ballers, it’s frustrating because we played with what we had, and now it feels like all the effort was for nothing. THANKS FOR VISITING

INTER DEPARTMENT SWIMMING COMPETITION WITHIN MY FACULTY (FESSA)
We had the inter-department swimming competition yesterday in the Faculty of Environmental Science and the whole place was loud. Every department showed up with their colors and banners. Urban and Regional Planning, Estate Management, Geography, Architecture, Building, Surveying and Geoinformatics, Fine and Applied Arts, and Building Technology were all there. The pool side looked like a small stadium. People were drumming, chanting department names, and just hyping their swimmers. It wasn’t only about the swimming, it was about who would carry the bragging rights for the session. I swam the 50m freestyle for my department. When they called our heat we lined up, whistle blew, and everybody jumped in. The first 25m I was good, but I could see Architecture and Building guys pushing too. Around the turn my arms started burning and I could hear people screaming from the side 😂 I just kept going and touched the wall. I didn’t come first but I got points for us. Other departments also had strong swimmers. The 100m, relays, and even the fun race where lecturers joined made it more interesting. The competition was close. Surveying and Geoinformatics and Fine and Applied Arts had some really fast guys. Estate Management won one of the relays and Geography did well in the longer race. But in the end URP took the overall cup. They had swimmers in almost every event and they collected the most points. When they announced it the whole URP side went crazy. Confetti, shouting, everybody was just celebrating like they won the World Cup. It was tiring but it was worth it. The event was well organized and it brought the whole faculty together. Even departments that didn’t win were happy because everybody participated. I’m already thinking about training harder for next year so my department can challenge URP. The energy, the rivalry, and swimming for your department made the day special. THANKS FOR VISITING

MR AND MRS FESSA EVENT BREAKDOWN 😁😁
Mr and Mrs FESSA went down on my dinner night and omo 😂 it was actually nice. I’ve been hearing about the pageant since but this was my first time seeing it live. The contestants came out 3 times and each time the vibe changed completely. You could tell they really prepared. First round was just casual. Jean and white polo for everybody. Nothing too much, just clean and coordinated. It was like the intro round so we could see all of them properly before things got serious. People were already hyping and clapping from that first walk. Second round na where the heat started. Traditional wear. Hall was full of colors everywhere. But the one that caught everybody’s eye was the winner. This guy came out dressed like a native doctor and he was holding fire 😂 I swear the whole hall went quiet first before everybody started shouting. That one shook the place. Third round was corporate wear, which is suit. Everybody came out looking serious and classy. And Mrs FESSA was on a dinner gown too, so she really stood out. You could see who really wanted the crown by the way they were walking and carrying themselves. At the end, Mrs FESSA went to one of the ladies and Mr FESSA went to one guy. For Face of FESSA we only had Mr Face of FESSA because no lady came out for the female own, so that side was empty. Overall the program was nice. Music was good, crowd was involved, and that native doctor with fire stole the whole night for me. THANKS FOR VISITING 😁😁

MY DINNER NIGHT WENT PERFECTLY WELL
😂 Alright, let’s get into it properly. Today’s the day we’ve been waiting for — our faculty dinner night! 🎉 After exactly one week of preparation, and a whole lecture-free week, it finally happened. We literally shut down lectures for 7 days just so everyone could focus on getting ready, rehearsing, and building up the vibe. The campus has been buzzing since Monday. From banner designs, to rehearsals, to dress fittings, everyone was involved. And the energy? It’s been building up all week. By Friday morning everybody was already in that “dinner night mood.” The night itself was a full package, no dull moment. We kicked off with the pageant show to crown Mister and Missus of our faculty. People came out looking sharp 🔥 — gowns, suits, makeup, the whole red carpet vibe. The contestants brought their A-game with talent displays, Q&A, and catwalk. The crowd was screaming for their departments and friends. After the crown was handed over, we switched gears to the award presentation. This was the serious but emotional part. We gave awards to the best students, best lecturers, most supportive staff, and other categories. People were cheering, taking pictures, some were even getting teary. It felt good to actually celebrate hard work and dedication. Then came the part everyone was waiting for — the dinner party. After all the formalities, we just let loose. Food was served hot, music was loud, and the dance floor was full from the start. It was that kind of night where you forget about assignments and just enjoy your people. Different departments were vibing together, executives were dancing with students, and even some lecturers joined the dance floor 😂. We ate, we laughed, we took group pics, and we danced until the DJ had to announce last song. It was the perfect way to close out lecture-free week. Honestly, it was a night to remember. One full week of prep, one night of pure enjoyment. We celebrated wins, we crowned kings and queens, we honored excellence, and we ended with good food and good vibes. If you missed it, you missed a whole movie 😂. But don’t worry, the pictures and videos will do justice. Lecture-free week is officially wrapped, and now we go back to books. But tonight? We earned it 🎉 Thanks for visiting

FACULTY WEEK SNOOKER AND SWIMMING COMPETITION
If you’ve been following my posts this week you go know say I’ve been talking about our faculty dinner night 😂 I’m part of the executives and it’s holding tomorrow, Friday. But before we even get there, today was the last activity for our lecture free week and they didn’t come to play. We had swimming competition and snooker competition back to back, and it was one of those days where everybody just came out to catch cruise and represent their department. Students started coming in by 3PM. The plan was to start early but then rain just came down like it was paid 😂 Fair rain scattered everywhere. Everybody was running under tents, some people just sat inside the hall gisting. The organizers were on the mic like “please bear with us, the rain will stop soon” and we just dey wait. Nobody vexed too much because lecture free week has been sweet already. Since the pool was not ready, they said let’s start with snooker first. And that thing carried us for hours 😂 The board was set up and people were playing back to back. You know how school snooker is — crowd everywhere, people shouting “concentrate”, “you miss am”, “take your time”. Some people were there seriously trying to win, some just came to collect cruise. Even those who don’t know how to hold the cue were standing there cheering. Departments were already forming their own small fan clubs for their players. By 3PM the rain had reduced and they said okay, pool time. That’s when the swimming competition started and the whole energy changed. It was interdepartment, so every department brought out their swimmers. The pool area was packed. People with drums, bottles, department shirts, shouting slogans. It felt like a final 😂 The vibe was different. You could feel the competition in the air. They did it in two rounds. First round was interdepartment — departments racing against each other to see who had the fastest swimmers. After that they did another round inside each department to pick the real champion 😂 Some people swam like professionals, some people were just doing doggy style to cross the pool. Both were entertaining. The crowd was screaming for every department, win or lose. At the end they announced the rankings and crowned the winning department as the winner of the swimming competition for the 7th Republic FISSA FESA Student Week. People were clapping, hailing, taking pictures. It wasn’t about beef, it was just about pride and having fun. After all the stress of lectures, everybody deserved that kind of day. So that’s how we wrapped up the lecture free week. Snooker in the afternoon, swimming in the evening, rain tried to spoil it but we still turned up. And tomorrow is the dinner night. As an executive I go dey there early to set up, run around, and make sure everything is in order. Tie on neck, stress in body, but the gist go sweet 😂 Thanks for visiting

MY JOURNEY BACK TO SCHOOL FROM HOME😁
I’ve been off for a few days now 😂 Before I even started this World Cup edition vlog, I had to travel for a traditional marriage in one of the states close to my school. It was actually a nice break. Food was plenty, music was loud, people were dancing, gist everywhere. I just went to chill, support my people, and forget about school for a bit. Honestly I needed that time. No lectures, no assignments, just pure enjoyment. But after some days you start missing your own bed and your roommates, so I knew I couldn’t stay forever. Today was the day I came back. I left the place by 12PM. Four hours journey straight to my school. I was already preparing my mind for the usual Nigerian road stress — bad roads, traffic, bus drivers doing anyhow 😂 But this trip was surprisingly smooth. No drama. The road was free, the driver was calm, and the time just went fast. I spent most of it on my phone, watching World Cup clips and replying messages. Before I knew it we were already close. I got to school by 4PM. As soon as the bus stopped at the park, I saw my roommate standing there waiting for me 😂 He came all the way from our room just to help me carry my things. Bags, provisions, everything. He didn’t even let me stress. We were just laughing and gist as we walked back to the hostel. It felt good to be back, like the break was really over. The room was dusty but that’s normal. We cleaned up a bit, I arranged my things, and just settled in. So yeah, I’m officially back now. The traditional marriage was a vibe, the journey back was smooth, and I’m ready to start my school vlog again from today. No more resting 😂 Back to classes, back to content, back to everything. Let’s see how this semester goes. Thanks for visiting

WHAT A MATCH FROM ENGLAND😁and mexico
Bro my day was actually calm today 😂 I woke up on time for once, no snoozing my alarm 5 times. Sun was already up, I brushed, ate something light, and then my dad said we should go to the mechanic. His car had been making that noise again so we had to go sort it out. Spent most of the morning till mid afternoon there. Just sitting around, watching the mechanic work, my dad talking with the guys, me scrolling my phone. Normal father-son mechanic day stuff. But the highlight of the day was later when I caught the World Cup game. Portugal vs Mexico. And ahh it was a banger 😂 Both teams just kept attacking and attacking. No dull moment. You couldn’t even predict who was going to win because every 2 minutes one team was in the other team’s box. The pace was crazy. I was just shouting at the TV like “defend, shoot, pass” even though nobody could hear me. Then Jude Bellingham happened. Man scored two World Cup goals in under 100 seconds against Mexico 💀💀 I was legit shocked. First one went in and before I could even process it, second one dropped. The whole timeline was going mad. For Mexico to concede like that back to back, it broke them. After that the game still had chances but you could feel the energy shift. Both sides kept going for it, but Bellingham’s burst just killed the game. So that was basically how my day went. Morning was mechanic wahala with my dad, afternoon was just chilling, and evening was pure football madness. From fixing car parts to watching Bellingham go crazy in under 2 minutes. A very random day, but I’ll take it 😂 What a time to be a football fan. Thanks for visiting

Spain bs Portugal 🇵🇹
Bro I was just home chilling today, nothing planned, just me on the couch with my phone and the TV on 😂 I even told myself I wasn’t going to get too invested but I ended up watching the whole Spain vs Portugal game from start to finish. The vibe in the house was calm at first, but as the game went on it got tense. Every attack, every chance, I was just sitting there like “come on Portugal”. The worst part came right at the end. 90+1 and Spain scored. I just froze. That escort goal came out of nowhere and killed the momentum. Then they showed full time at 90+6 and I was doing the math in my head — only 5 minutes to equalize? That’s not enough time to do anything when you’re chasing a game against Spain. My heart dropped. You could just feel it was over. And then the camera cut to Ronaldo. Man was crying 😔💔 He was walking off with the escort, head down, wiping his face. After everything he’s done for Portugal, to go out like that in the round of 16 just hit different. It’s a very terrible moment for me as a fan. I was just there staring at the TV like “what can I do? My goodness, out of the world cup just like that.” Five minutes wasn’t enough. No comeback, no magic. Just done. I know a lot of people will talk about tactics and stats, but for me it’s personal. I grew up watching Ronaldo carry Portugal. Seeing him leave the World Cup in tears hurts. For context too — I’m Kaikeyi from Nigeria, and we feel these moments heavy over here. Football is life for us. We stay up late, we shout, we argue, we cry with the players. So yeah, today was rough. But that’s football. One minute you’re hoping, the next minute it’s over. Thanks for visiting

WHAT A MATCH IN THE WORLD CUP!!😅😁
Chilling at home today was exactly what I needed. My brothers and I just threw ourselves on the couch with blankets, snacks everywhere, and Brazil vs Norway on the TV. No plans, no stress, just us and football. I wasn’t even planning to watch at first but once the game started I got sucked in. You know how it is when you’re with family — the vibe just makes everything 10x better. From kickoff it was loud in our living room 😂 My brothers are crazy Brazil fans so every time Brazil touched the ball they were shouting “go go”. And me? I was just there hyping both sides and stealing chips. Norway actually came to play though. They were pressing and making it hard for Brazil, so it wasn’t one of those boring blowouts. We were all yelling at the TV, arguing about offsides, and my youngest brother kept pausing to replay the skills. The full 90 felt like it flew by because we were talking and laughing the whole time. The best part was just the energy in the house. Every near miss we’d all jump up, every good tackle we’d clap, and when Brazil finally got a good chance we were screaming so loud our neighbor probably heard us. I don’t even care who won tbh — it was more about us being together. My brothers kept trying to explain tactics to me like I don’t watch ball too, and I was just roasting them back. We finished the whole bowl of popcorn and still ordered suya halfway through because why not. By full time we were all just laid back, tired from shouting but in a good mood. Brazil vs Norway ended and we stayed there for a bit just gist-ing about the game and the other matches coming up. Those are the days I love the most — no going out, no pressure, just me, my brothers, football, and a whole lot of noise in the house. Honestly 10/10 day. THANKS FOR VISITING

THE D DAY
Today was finally the D-day for the traditional marriage and honestly I was just praying nothing would go wrong. The plan was simple — start mass cooking by 5pm yesterday so we’d be done early and travel to the village that same night. But life had other plans. We couldn’t get chicken the previous day, so we had to run around and buy it that morning. Because of that the cooking dragged and we didn’t finish till around 11pm. We were all dead tired and annoyed because the whole point was to be in the village already by then. You know how it is, once one thing shifts, everything else follows. Even with the late night, we still showed up. The wedding kicked off by 2pm and the place was already full. Aunties were everywhere giving orders, the drummers were on, and you could just feel the energy in the air. The traditional part took time — kola, the speeches, the family introductions, all of it. It wasn’t rushed at all. It finally ended around 6pm. Despite the stress from the night before, it was actually beautiful to watch. When both families sat down and did things properly, you forget about the wahala that happened earlier. That’s the thing about these traditional weddings, once it starts it carries you along. After 6pm we couldn’t just leave. We had to pack up everything — chairs, canopies, pots, the leftover food. It took us about an hour to arrange things and make sure nothing was left behind. By then people were already heading out and the compound was emptying fast. We were all moving slowly because we were tired, but at least we finished. No drama, no missing plates, just everyone trying to get it over with. I finally got home by 7:50pm. From town to our village is only about an hour drive so it’s not far, but today it felt longer because of how the day went. I just sat in the car and replayed everything in my head. The cooking delay messed up the timing, but the main thing happened and it went as planned. The marriage was done, families were happy, and that’s what counts. I’m just glad I was there to see it all through. Thanks for visiting

Traditional marriage eve😁😑
If you’ve been following my posts lately you’ll know I had to leave school because my family was doing a traditional marriage in the neighboring state. I finally got there yesterday which was Thursday, and honestly it felt weird at first. New environment, new faces everywhere, people talking in dialect I barely hear back in school. I just sat there trying to get used to it all 😕 Like you know that feeling when you enter somewhere and everyone already knows each other except you? That was me yesterday. Today was the eve though, so there was no time to be shy. The whole house was busy from morning. This is a matti guy eve, so it’s that serious part before the actual traditional wedding tomorrow. Aunties were in the kitchen, uncles were outside arranging chairs and canopies, cousins were running errands back and forth. I just got drafted into everything 😂 One minute they’re telling me to go buy something, next minute I’m helping to arrange the drinks and gift items. It was a lot of running around. We had to sort out the bride price list, make sure the kola and drinks were complete, and confirm who was going to represent the family tomorrow. People were shouting instructions, the kids were everywhere, and the compound was just loud. But in a good way. You could feel that wedding energy already. Even with how tired I was, it was nice seeing the family come together like that. By evening we were all just sitting outside tired but laughing. Tomorrow is the main day so everyone kept saying “rest well, tomorrow go tough”. For me it’s still a bit new, but I’m settling in now. Getting here Thursday felt random, but being here for the eve makes it make sense. Hopefully tomorrow goes smooth. I’ll update you guys after the traditional wedding. Thanks for visiting

DEANS CUP KICK OFF🦵
The kickoff for our Dean’s Cup was actually a moment today. We’ve been hyping faculty week all semester, and today was the day it finally started for real. The field at IMO State University was already full by like 8am. Teams warming up, students with faculty shirts, music playing from someone’s speaker. You could feel that “week has started” energy in the air. But the main thing everyone was waiting for was the Dean herself to come and officially kick it off. And she showed up. The Dean of the Environmental Faculty walked onto the field and the whole place just shifted. First match was ESM vs FAA, so both departments were already lined up waiting. The moment she stepped in, students surrounded her. Not in a rush way, just everyone wanted to be close, take pictures, cheer. People were shouting “Dean! Dean!” and clapping. She was smiling the whole time, waving and greeting people like she actually knew half the faculty 😂 It made it feel less like some formal event and more like she was really there to enjoy it with us. Then came the actual kickoff. They brought the ball to her right in the center circle. For a second it was quiet, everyone watching. She took the shot, and boom — first ball of the Dean’s Cup tournament was kicked by her. The crowd went wild. ESM and FAA players clapped, students were screaming, phones were out recording. It was simple but it meant a lot. Having her do it herself instead of just giving a speech made it feel real. Like the tournament was blessed or something. After that the match proper started and it was actually a good game. Both sides came out strong because nobody wanted to lose the first game of the week. In the end ESM later won FAA 2:1. It was tight, but ESM just took their chances better. The crowd was into it the whole time, chanting and everything. Honestly it was a very good and pleasant way to start. For me as welfare director I was running around making sure water was set and everything was calm, but even I paused to watch. If day one started like that, I’m actually looking forward to how the rest of faculty week will go. THANKS FOR VISITING

FESSA WEEK PLANING AND EXPLANATION
Today was one of those cool but stressful days as someone in student government. I’m the Director of Welfare in my faculty, and that title alone made today hectic. The reason is simple: me and the other execs are the ones hosting faculty week this year. It’s that one annual thing we do once every year to give students a break from all the stress and lectures. So basically it’s supposed to be fun week, lecture-free, with a lot of activities. But when you’re in charge, “fun week” feels more like “work week” because everything has to run smoothly. Faculty week runs from Monday till Sunday. The big finish is the award and dinner night, then we wrap everything up with thanksgiving and a pool party on Sunday. It’s a lot to plan, but it’s also what makes the whole thing exciting. Today was day one, so we kicked things off with the Dean’s Cup. That’s the football competition our Director of Sports organizes to keep the week lively. It’s not just for vibes though — it actually sets the tone for the rest of the week. The field was full, people were chanting, and everyone was already in that faculty week mood. Because I’m welfare, my office was all over the place today. We had to make sure water and first aid were at the pitch, check that the teams were comfortable, and also handle any complaints that came up during the matches. At the same time we were running around confirming vendors for later events and dealing with small issues from students. So while others were just there to watch ball and gist, I was moving from one side of the field to the other. It was stressful, no lie. But seeing students actually enjoying themselves made it worth it. By the time I got home I was tired but also lowkey proud. We started faculty week properly, the Dean’s Cup is underway, and nothing major went wrong on day one. That’s a win in my book. The week is still long though — dinner night and the pool party are coming — so I know the stress isn’t over. But for now, I’ll take today as a good start. THANKS FOR VISITING

Tuesdays are supposed to be long but today was different
Normally my Tuesdays are a mess. I’m used to rolling into school by 9am knowing I won’t catch a break till 3pm. Back-to-back lectures, rushing from one hall to another, barely enough time to even grab water. So today I came in with that same energy, expecting the usual 9 to 3 grind. But from the jump it was off. 9 to 11 got cancelled. I sat there thinking “okay maybe it’s just the first one.” Then 11 to 12 also got cancelled. By this time I was just confused, like what’s even happening? I waited around, checked the group chat, asked people if they knew anything but nobody had a straight answer. Then the only lecture that actually ran was from 1 to 3pm. That’s it. Two hours of class and I was done. It felt weird because my body was still prepared for a full day. I had my notes, my pen, my water, everything set for 6 hours and I ended up using like half of it. Usually by 3pm I’m exhausted, head aching from taking notes all day. Today I left school and I still had energy. Didn’t know whether to feel blessed or robbed 😂 Because on one hand, less stress is always good. On the other hand, it’s like... what was the point of coming in so early? In the end I just took it as a free day. I went home, chilled, and actually got some rest for once. A Tuesday without the full stress? I’ll take that any day. Hope tomorrow doesn’t try to pay me back by doubling the lectures though 😭 THANKS FOR VISITING

WHAT A MONDAY
Mondays are usually my chill day. Like the one day I don’t have lectures back to back and I can actually breathe. But today? Nah. It was the opposite. I was up and in class by 8am sharp. First lecture ran till 10am, and before I could even check my phone another one started immediately. That one dragged till 12noon. I thought maybe that was it, but nope — third class picked up right after and didn’t end till 2pm. By the time I was walking out of school it was already 3pm and I was tired as hell. I barely got home to drop my bag before my friend called me. His phone spoiled and he needed someone to follow him to Computer Village to get it fixed. I couldn’t say no so I ended up escorting him there. The place was crowded, noisy, and we spent hours moving from one shop to another checking prices and waiting for the repair guy. That’s how the whole afternoon just disappeared. No rest, no food break, nothing. So that was my Monday. Started 8am in class, ended up running errands till evening. I came back home exhausted and just flopped on my bed. Not the free, easy Monday I was used to at all 😂 But it is what it is. At least I helped my guy sort his phone and I got all my lectures done in one day. Thanks for visiting

WHAT A DAY🥸😁(SUNDAY)
😁🥸What a day!!! What a Sunday 😁 Sunday started with zero sleep on my own terms 😂 I was up watching a movie on my phone for pleasure and before I knew it was 4pm. My church service was supposed to start by 9am and I knew I had less than 4 hours to sleep if I still wanted to go. I couldn’t afford to miss service today but my body was already fighting me. I planned to wake by 8am and get ready, but I ended up opening my eyes by 9am. Annoying as hell because I was late again 😑 Got to church by 10am, a whole hour behind. Service closed around 12:30 though, and despite coming late I still learnt a lot today. God’s grace sha. After church I just needed to crash. It was raining outside and it felt like the perfect time to sleep 😴 Went home, lay down and slept from 4pm till almost 6pm. About 2 hours but it did me good. Woke up feeling way more relaxed and happy. No more dragging my eyes around. The rain + sleep combo was exactly what I needed after that rough morning. Later I linked up with a friend. We just strolled for about 1 hour, gist and walk, nothing serious. After that we went back home and I started preparing for tomorrow’s class. Notes, clothes, bag, the usual Sunday night rush. So that was how my Sunday went — late to church, good nap, small stroll, then back to reality 😂 THANKS FOR VISITING

WHAT A SATURDAY 🥸🙂!!
Saturday started weird for me 🙂 I was up early this morning, like 12am sharp. Couldn’t sleep so I just grabbed my phone and started doing one or two applications online. You know those forms that take forever to load? I was there till 4pm filling details, uploading stuff, refreshing page. By the time I was done my eyes were done too, so I just knocked out. Around 8..9am my friend came banging on my door. Apparently our hostel had a general clean up today and I missed the whistle completely. My eyes were just full of sleep, I didn’t hear anything. He had to wake me up and drag me out. After the clean up they said we should go follow them to the school football field. I was still half asleep but I went. Played ball till around 12noon..1pm. Legs were heavy at first but once I started running it got better. Came back home, dropped my boots and just rested. Had one or two other things to do after, small errands and laundry, nothing serious. Then I just chilled for the rest of the day. That was basically how my Saturday went. Wake up late, miss whistle, play football, come back and crash. Typical hostel Saturday 😂 THANKS FOR VISITING 🙂🥸

LIGHTED UP BACK(😁🙂)
My day yesterday was just indoors from start to finish. I’m not really an outside person, so I woke up around 9 or 10am and just stayed in my room. No plan to go out, no lectures, nothing. I was just on my phone, scrolling, watching, playing games till 4pm. Time passed fast like that when you’re inside and you’ve got data. That was the plan for the whole day until my router died on me. The moment the router went off, everything scattered. I remembered our hostel light was still cut because management didn’t pay the bill on time. So no light, no router, no WiFi. My phone battery was also dropping and there was no network in the house. I couldn’t just sit and do nothing, so I packed my phone and router and went to my friend’s place. Spent like 3 hours there charging everything from 4pm till around 7 or 8pm. Couldn’t even use my phone much in my own house before that because no light = no network. Just when I was leaving my friend’s place around 9pm, I saw light in my own hostel. I didn’t even know they had restored it a few hours back. I was so happy I almost ran back home 😂 Turns out they finally sorted the bill issue. Got home by 9pm, plugged everything, and that was how the day ended. Indoor all day, router wahala, light drama, then light came back last minute. Typical day in hostel life sha. You dey plan to stay indoors again today or you go finally comot? Thanks for visiting

BLACKOUT ISSUE (LIGHT)
Yesterday was just one long stress from morning till night. I woke up already planning But as soon as I was done editing, light cut in the whole hostel. Not just my room, everywhere was dark. I kept checking my phone battery, it was dropping fast and I had no powerbank. That alone spoiled my mood because posting was part of my daily thing and I hate breaking streaks. I rushed out to the charging centers thinking I could just plug my phone or powerbank and pay after it’s full. But everywhere was packed. The blackout was general so every student was there. All the sockets were filled, people were even arguing over space. I waited like 2 hours and still nothing. Some guys brought extension but it was chaos. By the time I got tired and wanted to go back, I heard news that light came back in other hostels but NEPA cut us off again because our hostel management didn’t pay the outstanding bill. So we were just stuck in darkness while others had light. I couldn’t let the day end like that so I carried my phone and went to my friend’s hostel. He’s in another block where light had come back. Charged my phone there for like an hour just so I wouldn’t have to post today. I’m not lazy with my posts, once I miss a day it feels like I’m off routine. Came back late, battery at like 40%, and finally posted late at night. Whole day wasted on just charging phone and finding light. Tuesday Parker lecture + no light + full charging centers... yesterday really tested me sha 😂 THANKS FOR VISITING

WHAT A TUESDAY!!
Tuesdays are always the worst for me because of Parker week lectures. That thing is long, back to back, no break. By the time I got back to hostel it was already 4pm and my head was scattered. I just dropped my bag, didn’t even bother to eat first. Grabbed my phone and told myself let me just play one quick match to clear my head. One match turned to two, two turned to four 😂 Before I knew it my friends joined the room and we were going head to head. The games were proper madness. We were shouting on mic, talking trash, celebrating goals like it was Champions League final. I lost some, won some, but none of the matches felt boring. Every game was tight till the last minute. One time I was down 2-0 then I came back to 2-2 in like 5 minutes and my friend almost broke his phone. Another time I missed an open net and we argued about it for 10 minutes straight 😹 Time just flew like that. 4pm became 5pm, then 6pm, and we were still playing. Before I realized it was already 7pm and my eyes were red. I had to force myself to quit because my body was tired and I hadn’t eaten since morning. Came back, slumped on my bed and just rested for the rest of the day. Tuesday Parker lecture plus 3 hours of eFootball with the boys... my energy finished completely. But honestly it was worth it. That’s the only thing that makes Tuesday bearable. Thanks for visiting

CAN A LECTURE DETERMINE YOUR DAY?
Mondays are always rush for me. Class started by 8am sharp like every other Monday, no mercy. I dragged myself out of bed, quick shower, no breakfast, just ran to school. We were supposed to have two classes today — 8am to 10am, then 10am till 12noon. First one held sha, we finished around 10. Then we waited for the second lecturer but no show. After like 20 minutes someone said the 10 to 12 lecture was cancelled 🙂 Just like that. All that early morning stress for nothing. I just packed my bag and started walking back home. Wasn’t even angry, just tired. When I got home I didn’t do much. Just rested all day, watched random stuff, ate, slept a bit. I had to though, because Tuesdays are usually hectic. Back-to-back lectures, no breaks, my brain will be fried by noon. So today felt like a free reset. Short class in the morning, then home to rest and prepare mentally for tomorrow. Sometimes cancelled lectures are blessings in disguise. Thanks for visiting

WEEKEND ROUTINE INTERRUPTED😡💔
I still wanted to keep up with my weekend routine today though. Sunday evening stroll is my thing, rain or shine. So I stepped out like usual around evening time. But Owerri weather had other plans. I hadn’t even walked for 15 minutes before the sky just opened up. Heavy rain, no warning at all. Road started getting watery fast and there was no proper shelter except one small bus stop shed. So I got stuck there. I stayed under that shed for like 30 minutes just watching the rain pour. Couldn’t go forward, couldn’t go back without being drenched. People were running past with nylon bags on their heads, keke drivers parked up waiting too. I was just thinking “so this is how my cool-off time ends today?” Pulled my hoodie tighter and waited it out, listening to everyone complaining about Owerri rain 😂 When it finally calmed down, ground was messy with puddles and mud everywhere. But I still continued my walk. Wet sneakers, dodging splashes from cars, the whole thing. Felt different from my normal Sunday strolls — slower, colder, but still peaceful in its own way. That’s how it went. Got delayed by rain for 30 mins, but I still finished my walk. Owerri weather can’t stop the routine completely.

A WEEKEND ROUTINE 🙂😭💔
Saturdays are my reset button, honestly. Most of them anyway. Evenings are when I switch off from everything — lectures, assignments, group chat noise. I just step out and take a long stroll, nothing serious. At least an hour, sometimes more if my mind won’t shut up. No music, no rush, just me and my thoughts. It’s become a routine now, like clockwork every Saturday evening. I use that walk to think about my life, my self, and how school has been treating me lately. Sometimes it’s just random stuff — why that test was hard, why I’m stressed about CGPA, if I’m even on the right track. Other times I’m just unpacking everything that happened during the week. The stroll gives me space to be real with myself, no distractions. By the time I’m done walking, I usually feel lighter, like I’ve sorted a few things in my head even if nothing outside has changed. Today was one of those Saturdays too. Same route, same slow pace, same overthinking 😂 Just thinking and exploring, letting my mind wander. There’s something peaceful about walking when it’s quiet and the sky is turning orange. It reminds me that life isn’t only about rushing from one deadline to another. Sometimes you just need to pause, walk, and figure yourself out. Thanks for visiting

WHAT A BAD DAY!!!
Glo has been stressing me for over a month now, no lie. I’ve been using it for a while, but posting anything became a whole mission. If I wanted my network to work properly I had to enter deep inside school area. Anywhere else was just one bar, “E” moving like snail. I even subscribed unlimited hoping it would fix things, but nothing changed. Three weeks, then a month… same story every day. This month I got tired of Glo alone so I said let me try Airtel. I bought Eteralta today, plus unlimited like I always do. Thought maybe Airtel would save me since Glo was failing. But same wahala. Data on, network on, but posting still wouldn’t go through. My whole day just turned upside down because of this network backlash. I was getting pissed, because I couldn’t afford to miss my streak. In the end I had to call a friend, make him hotspot me so I could watch port and post tonight. If not, I’d have missed everything. Glo disturbing, Airtel not helping either. Thanks for checking in though — I finally got the post up, but my day was honestly bad because of network. Hopefully both networks Thanks for visiting

Boss level (Johnny trigger)
That Johnny Trigger boss level is not for the faint-hearted, I swear. I went in thinking it would be like the normal levels — aim, shoot, boss drops in 2-3 bullets. But nah, this guy’s life bar was way bigger than regular players. Like ridiculously big. I emptied almost a full sniper clip into him and his health was still barely moving. Had to keep my cool and just keep firing. I must’ve shot more than ten sniper bullets before the guy finally dropped. Ten shots! With a normal enemy, 1 or 2 headshots is enough. But this boss was tanking everything like he was wearing bulletproof armor. Every shot I landed, I’d be watching that tiny sliver of health go down slowly… slowly… My fingers were already tired from tapping. I even thought I was going to run out of ammo before he died. When he finally fell, I just sat there staring at my phone like “thank God”. It felt more like relief than victory. That level taught me patience. No rushing, no panic, just aim and keep shooting even when it feels useless. Boss levels in Johnny Trigger are built different — you don’t win with skill alone, you win with stubbornness 😂 Thanks for visiting

A LECTURE FREE DAY
Today was supposed to be a normal day, but it ended up being a full lecture-free day and my body took full advantage. I had an application by 6am, so I woke up early, rushed through it, and by the time I was done I was already exhausted. Didn’t even try to fight it — I just went back to sleep till 8. That extra sleep felt like heaven after the early morning stress. Then I had a meeting later, so I got up, got ready, and went out. Meeting wasn’t too long but moving around still drained me. I got back home around 4pm and my energy was completely finished. Didn’t think twice, just crashed on my bed and slept straight till evening. No lectures, no pressure, no rushing anywhere. Just sleep, wake up, eat a little, then sleep again. Honestly it was one of those rare free days where nothing serious happened. Just application → sleep → meeting → back home → sleep till evening. My body needed that rest badly. Now I’m awake and feeling a bit human again. Sometimes a “do nothing” day is exactly what you need to reset. Thanks for visiting

A regular Tuesday 🙁😕
Tuesdays are always the same routine for me, no cap. I start lectures by 9am sharp. That first class sets the tone for the whole day. Sometimes it’s boring, sometimes the lecturer is actually teaching, but I just sit there and push through. By the time we’re done with morning classes, my head is already full of notes and gist from classmates. 9am to afternoon feels long, but it moves once you get into it. Then classes run till 3pm. That’s the real work. Back-to-back lectures, moving from one hall to another, writing, listening, and trying to stay awake after lunch. It’s not the hardest day of the week, but it’s steady. No big breaks, just lectures and small gist in between. I’m always glad when 3pm hits because that means I survived the whole teaching period without dozing off too much 😂 After 3pm I don’t just run home straight. I do a bit of walk around school — buy something small, gist with friends, maybe check notice board or just clear my head before leaving campus. That walk takes time, so by the time I’m done and enter bus, I usually get home around 4pm. Tired but fine. Tuesday ends calm for me, no rush, just school → walk → house → rest. THANKS FOR VISITING

A MINOR MONDAY(IN ASPECT OF STRESS)
Man today was supposed to be a stressful Monday but it ended up being too easy. I woke up for my 8am class, dragged myself to class, sat down, and… nothing. Lecturer didn’t show. We were just there from 8 waiting like zombies. Guy finally walked in like 5 minutes to 10am, but bro his class was supposed to end by 10am 😂 So he came, said 2-3 things, and that was it. Whole 2 hours wasted just sitting and waiting. Then I moved for my next lecture thinking maybe this one would be normal. Same story repeated itself o. Lecturer also came late, and we ended up waiting till the last 30mins before he even talked. To make it worse, it was his first class of the semester so he was just doing introduction and course outline. Nothing serious. We just sat there, laughed, gisted, and waited him out. Classes officially ended by 12noon and I just went home straight to rest. After all that waiting around, my body was already tired from doing nothing. Was supposed to be a full school day but it turned into a half-day chill day. Honestly I’m not complaining — easy day, no stress, and I still have energy left. Just hope tomorrow’s lecturers won’t do the same thing 🙂😕 THANKS FOR VISITING

WHAT A DAY!!
I started the night at our alliance students forum old party. I wasn’t even in the party proper, just around there trying to host things and make sure everyone was okay. It kicked off around 11 PM and I figured I’d leave early, but one thing led to another. Then around 1 AM rain started falling heavily and people had to scatter back to their different zones. By the time everything settled, sleep was already late and my body was done. Because of that late night, I couldn’t wake up early for church today. That’s something that really got to me. Missing service wasn’t planned at all, it just happened because I was up late and my eyes refused to open. I felt bad about it, like I let myself down. Church is one thing I try not to miss, but today my body just wouldn’t cooperate after the rain and the whole night stress. Still, I’m not beating myself up too much. Sometimes these things happen when you’re trying to be there for people. Next time I’ll plan better so I don’t sacrifice sleep and miss something important like service. Lesson learned: you can show up for others, but you also have to show up for yourself too. Thanks for visiting

JOHNNY TRIGGERS LEVEL 548
Level 548 of Johnny Trigger is one of those levels that just feels smooth. No stress, no plenty of obstacles blocking your shot. You enter the stage and the targets are almost lined up for you. Most of the hard levels will scatter enemies everywhere or hide them behind walls, but 548 is different. You just aim, tap, and watch the bullets do the work. That’s why people call it an “eat level” — you finish it fast and move on without breaking sweat. The whole thing plays out in like 3 seconds if your aim is right. First shot takes out the guy in front, second bullet ricochets clean into the one behind, and the last one finishes the remaining target at the back. No need to think too much or waste time calculating angles. The layout is open, so the bullets don’t get stuck or blocked by random objects. Compared to levels where you’ll be there 5 minutes trying different angles, 548 just lets you flow. That’s why once you pass it, you’ll feel like “is that all?” Honestly it’s one of those levels that makes you feel like a pro even if you’re not. You tap, everything falls, and the “Level Complete” pops up before you even blink. No frustration, no replaying 10 times. Just pure satisfaction. After struggling on the tougher levels before it, 548 feels like the game giving you a free win. Quick, clean, and done. Thanks for visiting

Level 547 on a public holiday
The night was spent handling important online applications that required patience and careful attention. Information had to be filled correctly, documents uploaded, and every detail checked to avoid errors. Time moved fast while the work continued, and by 6:20 AM fatigue became too much to ignore. Rest followed until 11 AM, and waking up felt like recovering after a long journey. The morning was quiet, and the sense of completing a demanding task brought a calm kind of relief after the pressure of the night. Later in the day, a small birthday celebration brought everyone together. Music played in the background while conversations, laughter, and shared food created a warm atmosphere. The gathering was simple but meaningful, filled with real connection instead of big events. After the celebration ended, rest was needed again. By 3 PM, sleep returned to restore energy lost from the busy morning and the emotional high of the gathering. The afternoon nap was deep and helped bring balance back to the day. The evening began at 7 PM with football on an open field. Fresh air and movement replaced the stillness of the afternoon. Running, passing, and playing with friends cleared the mind and released stress. The game continued until darkness came, leaving behind sweat, energy, and satisfaction. It was more than exercise — it was freedom and joy. The day also coincided with Democracy Day, a public holiday in Nigeria, which added a relaxed tone to everything. With rest, celebration, and play, the day ended on a happy and complete note. Thanks for visiting

A COOL DAY😕🙁
My Day Was Just One Thing After Another 😅 I didn’t even plan to wake up late, but somehow I was still in bed by 11:30am. I had a lecture from 12pm to 2pm, so I jumped up, brushed, and ran out thinking I could still catch the gist of it. Got to the lecture hall by 12:05pm, only to meet people packing their bags. The lecturer apologized and said they had to cut things short because there was a project defense happening in the faculty that same morning. He said they were given a directive to round up early, so our class just ended before it even started. All that rushing for nothing, honestly. After I came out, I didn’t know what to do with the rest of the afternoon. It was barely 12:30pm and the day was still wide open. I linked up with a few guys and we just started walking around campus, no real destination. We were just talking about life, joking, catching up on gists. The vibe was chill. But then NEPA did what they do best - they took the light. The whole area went dark. No power in the hostels, no power in the lecture halls, nothing. Because of that, nothing serious could happen for the rest of the day. No extra classes, no reading, no assignments. The day just switched to “rest mode” automatically. By evening, I was already back home. There wasn’t much to do anyway since the light was still off. I just chilled, scrolled my phone a bit, and watched the day fade out. No major events, no stress, no drama. Just one of those quiet, slow Mondays where nothing really happens but you still feel like the day was full. How did your own day go? Anything interesting happen on your end? THANKS FOR VISITING

My Day Was Just Chilling And Football 😂
Today was supposed to be full classes but nothing happened. All my lectures got cancelled because our department scheduled project defense for the set that graduated last year. So no 9am stress, no 11am notes, no 3pm headache. I just woke up and realized I was free. Felt weird at first like “wait, I’m not running anywhere?” I stayed home till around 2pm doing nothing really. Just phone, food, sleep small. Then my guys just showed up at my place unannounced and said “we’re playing ball, come”. I couldn’t say no. Grabbed my boots and we went to the field. Played from like 2:30 till 6..7pm straight. My legs were burning but it was fun. No lectures, just football and gist with the boys. Came back home tired and sweaty around 7pm. Day ended quietly sha. No school, no assignment, just home then field then home again. Honestly it was a quiet gone day but I liked it. Sometimes you need those days with zero pressure. You prefer days like this or days with full classes?

AN HECTIC TUESDAY
My Tuesday Was Just Lectures Back To Back 😩 I started my day by 7am sharp today. Had this pending assignment staring at me and deadline was 9am. No time to play. I was just typing and submitting it in a rush, praying the network wouldn’t mess up. Finished it barely on time, sent it, and took like one deep breath before my first class. First class was 9am to 11am, and before my brain could even reset, another one followed till 3pm. Tuesday is always the worst day of the week for me honestly. No break, no gap, just lecture after lecture. By 1pm my eyes were already closing and my head was hot. Just writing, listening, typing notes, repeat. Pure exhaustion. Strength was leaving my body slowly but I had to manage. Even my 3pm class didn’t end on time - it dragged till 4pm. So from 7am assignment to 4pm class, my whole Tuesday was covered. No free time, no chill time, nothing. Just school from morning till evening. I’m just happy it’s over. Tuesday really tests your energy. You get Tuesdays like that too or your own timetable is gentle? THANKS FOR VISITING

LEVEL 543 ON JOHNNY TRIGGER
Johnny Trigger Level 543 Was Too Easy 😂 Today I just entered level 543 and I was like “hmm two-sided game again”. You know those ones where they only let you reload twice for the whole level? Yeah that one. I was scared at first because two reloads for the entire lifespan of the level is stress. But I told myself let’s just rush it. No time to waste bullets on walls. I started the first phase and it was just straight shooting. No captive to rescue, no timing puzzle, nothing. Just enemies popping up left and right. I emptied one clip, reloaded once, kept moving. Second phase was the same thing - more guys, more headshots. I used my second reload there and finished them before the game could even ask me to reload again. It felt like the game was begging me to struggle but I didn’t give it chance. Honestly easiest win I’ve had this week. No stress, no thinking. Just aim, shoot, move, shoot again. I was expecting those annoying captives behind glass or the bomb levels but nothing. Pure kill-all-through vibes. After I finished I just sat there like “wait, that’s all?” Sometimes Johnny Trigger surprises you with the simple ones. You’ve played 543 before? Or which level is stressing you right now? Thanks for visiting

A TYPICAL AFRICAN HOME ON SUNDAY
Africa Sunday as a College Student Living Alone Man, Sundays in Nigeria will humble you if you live alone 😂 I didn’t sleep all night. Eyes wide open till like 7am, scrolling and doing nothing. By the time I remembered church was 9am I just said let me manage 2hrs sleep. Woke up 9:29am, brushed, wore anything I saw and still got to church 9:49am. I entered looking like someone that just woke up from a war. Today was prayer service so forget sermon. Pastor just gave us prayer points back to back. We were shouting “fire fire” almost 2 hours straight. My voice was already going by 11am. Service closed 11:45am but that’s where the real Sunday stress started. We had meeting till 12:30pm, then one brother held me to gist about school stuff. Before I knew it, 1:45pm already. I got home tired and my stomach was making noise. But I couldn’t rest because communion with Pastor Chris was 3pm. So I just rushed to boil water, made noodles, and started ironing my shirt at the same time. Living alone means nobody will cook for you or say “wake up, you’re late”. If you miss church, it’s your fault. Now as I’m typing this, it’s like 2:50pm and I’m trying to force food down before I go out. My body is tired but my spirit is saying go. That’s how Africa Sunday is for me - no sleep, rush from house to church, church to meeting, meeting to gist, then back to church again. It’s stressful but I still love it. At least I’m not alone... there’s God and church family. Your own Sunday dey like this too or you’re the “sleep till 2pm” type? THANKS FOR VISITING

FULL DETAILS FROM WHOLE ENVIRONMENT DAY
World Environment Day at IMSU was actually packed The day started with a choir ministration that lowkey set the mood. It was our school Catholic Church choir that came through, and my faculty footed the bill for them 🙂 You could tell they rehearsed well because the song was about creation and taking care of the earth. Got everyone paying attention before any serious talk started. People were clapping and recording with their phones, so the atmosphere was calm but serious. Then the main thing started - the talk on environmental cleanup and sensitization campaign. Our dean of faculty was the first to speak and he didn’t sugarcoat anything. He was talking about how IMSU students contribute to littering on campus and what we need to stop. After him our guest speaker came in with more details, real stats about plastic waste and drain blockage. Even the representative of our Vice Chancellor was there, sat through everything and added his own words at the end. Made the whole thing feel official, not just another faculty program. The part I enjoyed most was the drama. Students from our faculty acted it out - showing how one person dumping sachet water can lead to flooding during rain. They made it funny but the message hit hard. After the drama we went straight into questions and answers, and students were actually asking real questions about waste bins and cleaning schedules. That was how the day wrapped up. Left the hall feeling like I learned something useful. Thanks for visiting btw 🙂 You guys do stuff like this in your school too?

WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL DAY
World Environment Day - today was actually decent So today was World Environment Day and I actually showed up for once 😂 Didn’t snap any pics because my phone was acting up all morning, but I’ll explain properly in tomorrow’s post when I have them. Honestly didn’t expect much, thought it’d be one of those boring school-type lectures. But it turned out to be proper interactive. We spent most of the time outside, talking about our environment, the little things we do that mess it up, and what we can actually fix around us. The conversations were the best part. It wasn’t just people giving speeches. Everyone was sharing real stuff - like how plastic waste blocks drains when it rains in our area, and how cutting trees for firewood is getting out of hand. Some guys from the neighborhood even brought samples of polluted water from the stream near us. Seeing it like that hits different. Made me realize we complain about flooding every rainy season but we’re the ones dumping trash in the gutters. By the time it ended I was tired but in a good way. My head was full of ideas I never thought about before. Didn’t plant a tree or clean a whole street today, but at least I left knowing more than I came with. Tomorrow I’ll post the full breakdown with pics once I sort them. For now, just know it was one of those rare days that felt useful. How was your day? You do anything for Environment Day too? Thanks for visiting

WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL DAY EVE
Eve of World Environment Day - June 5th Tomorrow is World Environment Day, June 5th. It’s the day the whole world celebrates the environment every year. Today was the eve, so our faculty was busy from morning. We did a rally round the school, picking dirt, sensitizing people, just trying to make our environment cleaner. I took some pictures but they’re with me, I’ll post them tomorrow on the actual day. It was tiring but it felt right - we’re environmental science students, so this day means something to us. Because of the rally and all the prep for tomorrow, they cancelled every lecture in my faculty today. No class at all. I came back to my place around 1pm, dropped my bag, and just slept off. Woke up later, no books, no notes. So I went to play football with the guys to shake off the stress. Running on the field felt good after all that walking round campus in the morning. After football I went for a stroll. The sky was dark with heavy clouds, but it looked beautiful - like one of God’s natural gifts. Those dark scars in the sky made everything feel calm and cool. That was my whole day. Rally for World Environment Day, no lectures, ball in the afternoon, then a quiet walk under that dark sky. Ready for tomorrow, June 5th. Thanks for visiting

A LECTURE FREE DAY🙂😂💔
No Lecture Day 💔 Today was a no lecture day. No class, no timetable, nothing scheduled at all. I checked my phone twice thinking I missed something, but nah, the day was just free. At first I felt a bit useless because I’m used to moving from class to class, but after a while I just accepted it. No books, no stress, just me and the whole day to myself. I slept and woke up late because the weather was too cool. Rain started falling from 5am and didn’t stop till around 12pm. The whole place was cold and dark, so I couldn’t even tell if it was 6am or 12pm. Everything just looked like morning. I kept rolling over until I finally got up by 12pm. First thing I did was go to a friend’s place. We just chilled, talked, laughed about nothing. I stayed there till around 3pm. From my friend’s place I went straight to the field. Played ball from around 3pm till 6, 7pm. That’s basically how my day went 😂😂. No lectures, no work, just sleep, gist with my guy, then football till evening. Not the most productive day, but it felt good to just do what I wanted for once. Thanks for visiting

Is today a waste?
Today Was Just One Big Waste Today was actually dramatic. I woke up with plans in my head. First class was 9am and supposed to run 2 hours, end by 11am. But the class wasn’t giving at all. Lecturer talked for like 30 minutes then it just died. We closed a few minutes past 10am instead. I told myself okay, at least I still have my next class to make the day make sense. But that one got cancelled too. Same story with the other one after it. Cancelled, cancelled. Every time I checked my timetable thinking “maybe this next one will hold,” it was just dead. By the time afternoon came, only my departmental lecture was left. That’s the one class I actually look forward to, the one that matters for my course. I got there ready, but they didn’t allow me to attend. Just stood there while everyone else went in. That’s what annoyed me today. Not small annoyance. Damn annoying. I woke up early, got ready, sat through dead lectures, and still ended up locked out of the only class that counts. They made my whole day feel useless. No learning, no progress, just moving from one cancelled class to another. Walking home felt empty.

A short strolling time 🙁❤️
Just Needed Air Today I stepped out for a stroll today because my head was full. School started again and I’ve been thinking nonstop about textbooks and the next semester. I’m moving to a newer level now, and after graduation I keep asking myself what’s next. I want to keep pushing forward, but things are tight. Financial issues have been sitting on my chest and some stressful thinking just won’t leave me alone. Walking helped a bit. I watched cars go by, people walking, just ordinary life happening. I pressed my phone and played some songs while I walked. Nothing deep, just music and movement. That’s all I needed to calm my mind a little. Sometimes you can’t solve the problems by sitting in one place. You have to move, breathe, and let your thoughts settle. I’m still here trying to gain my ground step by step. Education matters to me and I’m looking for ways to support it, even if money is a struggle right now. It’s never been an easy journey, but I’m not stopping. One walk, one semester, one step at a time. Thanks for visiting

Gaming content today not lifestyle content
Johnny Trigger - My Clip | 2-Part Run, All Headshots Not a lifestyle post today. Just me, my phone, and Johnny Trigger doing what it does best - 10 seconds of pure reflex. This game is split into 2 segments. I didn’t even record the first part, but that’s how it works: clear segment 1, quick reload, then straight into segment 2. That’s where the real test starts. Segment 2 - The Run Reloaded, stepped in, and 4 players were waiting. No scope, no camping. I’m still on Gio fire like I’ve been playing Strike Ops lately - just hip fire, slide, and trust my aim. First guy peeked from the left... headshot. Second one tried to hide behind a desk... another headshot. Third dude pulled his gun up too slow... headshot again. That’s 3 down with clean headshots, all back to back. Last player rushed me so I couldn’t line up the headshot properly. Took him out normal, no scope, just sprayed and dropped him. 4/4. Clip ends with Johnny holstering the gun and “PERFECT” flashing on screen. Whole thing is under 10 seconds but the adrenaline hits hard. Coming back after a long break, no scope, bad network, lower-tier pistol... and still dropping 4 enemies with 3 headshots in segment 2 alone. That’s why I keep coming back to this game. If I blink I miss it. If I land it, I feel like the main character. Thanks for visiting

A random Saturday morning
Yesterday evening was spent traveling, so the body was tired when the night came. Sleep did not come early because there were one or two things to apply for online. The applications took time, and by the time everything was done, it was already 3 AM. After sleeping late, the morning still came fast. By 7 AM the eyes were open again. Even though sleep was short, there was work to do at home, so the day started with a general clean up around the surroundings. Sweeping, packing, and putting things in order took some energy, but it made the place neat. After the cleaning was finished, a few friends called to play football at the field. There was no plan to stay long, but the game became interesting. Running, passing, and laughing with the friends made time move fast. Before anyone noticed, it was already 1 PM. Coming back from the field, the body was weak and the legs were heavy. Since there was nothing else urgent, the next move was to go to BIT and rest. From 1 PM to 5 PM sleep took over. Those four hours of rest helped the body recover from the early wake-up, the travel from yesterday, and the football stress. When sleep ended at 5 PM, hunger was already there. Cooking became the next thing to do. Soup was prepared, and swallow was made to eat with it. The meal was simple, but it tasted good after all the movement in the day. That was basically how the day went — late night with applications, early morning with cleaning, football with friends till afternoon, a long nap at BIT, and then cooking and eating at night. It was swift, it was simple, and the body was tired by the end. Thanks for visiting

What a stressful Friday😕🙁
Today was the last day after three days of political movement in that other state. It was election day, so everywhere felt serious. The morning started rough. The driver got lost and did not know the road, so the vehicle drove around for about three hours without finding the place. Everyone in the car was already tired and upset. Just driving round and round made the day feel heavy before the real work even began. After four hours plus of searching, the place was finally found. There was no time to rest. The group went straight into the political talk, then the election started. The process went through, even though there was a small misunderstanding at some point. It was settled quickly so the main work could continue. From there, the day was full of activities, waiting, and making sure the election finished well. When everything was done, the trip back started. The drive home took another three hours plus. In total, almost eight hours were spent inside the vehicle that day — three hours getting lost in the morning, three hours plus returning at night, and other movement in between. By the time home was reached, the body was weak and the head was tired. Sleep was all that was wanted, but even after lying down, sleep would not come. That was how the day ended — long travel, serious work, and a restless night. Thanks for visiting

Day 2 of public holiday😕🙁
The day started early, around 7 AM. Since it was a public holiday for Eid Malud, the morning could have been for rest, but there was a plan to travel. A movement was scheduled in another state, so the journey began before the day fully started. The movement itself kicked off by 8 AM, which meant there was no time to waste. Everything moved fast from the beginning, and the day was already busy right after waking up. After the movement started, the next step was going straight to the capital of the new state. From there, it was a quick move to an area close to the government house. Most of the day was spent right there. It was a long stretch of time in one place, with a lot of activity and attention focused on what was happening. There were no breaks to relax or do other things — the whole day stayed tied to that location. Being there from morning until later hours made the day feel long and serious. By the time everything ended and the trip back was made, the stress of traveling and staying active all day had built up. There was no energy left for anything else. Immediately after getting back, the only thing left to do was go straight to sleep. The body and mind were tired from the early start, the movement, the time spent at the government house, and the travel between states. The day ended the same way it began — with no free time, just activity and rest after. Thanks for visiting

How my day went…🙁😕on a public holiday
Today was a public holiday for Eid Malud, so the whole day had a different pace from the usual routine. The morning started around 9 AM, but instead of stepping out early, the time went into an extended gaming session. Hours passed quickly, and before noticing, it was already 1 PM. The focus was completely on the games, with little break in between. Right after that, the plan shifted. There was a political movement scheduled, and it ended up lasting about 3 hours. It wasn’t a local event either — the journey took them from Imo State to Abia State, so a good amount of time was spent traveling as well as participating. By the time everything wrapped up, the day had been split into two distinct parts: a long, uninterrupted stretch of gaming in the morning, followed by hours of movement, travel, and activity in the afternoon. The holiday ended up being more active and eventful than expected. Thanks for visiting
