Spiritual maturity in Christ isn't built on comfort, but on sacrifice. While becoming a Christian costs nothing, growing in Christ requires sacrificing comfort, time, and resources. We must shift from being Christian consumers who only take to being missionaries who serve others and advance the gospel. Paul viewed his sufferings as participation in Christ's work, recognizing that his sacrifices advanced the kingdom. The ultimate mission isn't just making converts but making disciples—helping others grow into mature followers of Christ. Through sacrificial giving, serving, and stepping out of our comfort zones, we can make an eternal difference that reaches farther than we could imagine.
