A message from VA Under Secretary for Memorial Affairs. Matthew Quinn, honoring all who have served our country and have fallen.

Under Secretary Quinn, has a long record of service in the US Military, achieving the rank of Brigadier General prior to accepting the position at the VA. His department is charged with making sure the transition from this world to the next Is goes smoothly for both the fallen military member and the family.
