A Message to Start Your Week Right

from The Daryl Perry Podcast: Audio Journal on Mindset, Men's Mental Health, Cerebral Palsy and Fitness · host Daryl Perry

As we head into a new week, I wanted to take a moment to slow things down and just check in with you.I hope you’re in a good headspace. I hope you’re not overwhelmed or rushing to get somewhere you feel like you need to be. And if you’re starting something new, I hope you trust yourself enough to figure it out as you go.We hear “trust the process” all the time, but for me, that just means showing up, doing the best you can, and knowing your intentions are genuine. It means not being in a rush, not living in the past, and allowing yourself to see what’s in front of you as an opportunity.Time moves fast. Things can change quickly. And because of that, I hope you’re able to see this week as a gift. I hope you see the good in your life, and more importantly, I hope you see the good in yourself.Have a good week.Start here: https://www.yourlevelfitness.com/find-your-levelShop YLF: https://www.yourlevelfitness.shop
