A New Self Love Practice

I was having a conversation recently regarding my Wellness Lifestyle and was asked about calorie counting and found myself sharing a very intimate and personal sharing.  The most profound form of Self Love yet to date in my life.  I also bang on about the whole shite food treats we offer kids, that rewards good behaviour.  That imprints into our psyche and as adults we associate crappy food with a ‘treat’, it’s kinda crazy really.  And why so many of us adults want to ‘treat’ ourselves with crap to feel better and find it making us feel worse.  There’s lots of simple great gems in this one.  Please have a listen.  Much love.www.nikstarr.comSupport the show
