A New Year Ritual. 💫💚

A Practice to reflect, release,and receive. Through connection ,meditation, mantra, intention, journal and Tarot, we will create space, invite curiosity, surrender to stillness and go within to listen to our sweet sacred heart. To hear our own inner wisdom, to follow our inner compass,  and to hear and receive our truth. As we trust in spirit, the Cosmic Universe to support and nourish us on our journey forward into this beautiful new year. A year full of possibilities, change, transformation, abundance, healing, gratitude, compassion , kindness, and love for ourselves and for all beings, Flora and fauna, creatures and Mother earth.  For this practice I invite you to have a pen, a paper to journal with, and an item representing each of the 4 elements. Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. And any items for extra comfort , a pillow, or bolster, and perhaps a blanket.  Maybe a cup of tea, or coffee to sit with as well.  I hope you enjoy and benefit from our practice together.  Peace + Blessings on your journey into "2022".
