In this current time, many of us find ourselves bending over backwards trying to please everyone but ourselves, only to be left depleted and frustrated. It may be because we are trying to live up to societal expectations or perhaps we just want to be liked and not stigmatized as being selfish. Whatever the reason, we find ourselves incapable of saying the simple word, "No".
