A pivot is not God changing His mind, but part of the plan

A pivot is a change of direction. You can see this in basketball when a player plants a pivot foot; it allows them to shift in a different direction. In business, a pivot is going from one business model to another or from one product to another. In all of our callings, we will have pivots; we will have changes in direction. When God gives us a change in direction, He's not pivoting in the sense that He made a mistake about what He wanted us to do before.
