Sarah discusses how she became an advocate, because she had to advocate for her own children, being a young Mother and having a high risk pregnancy with twins.  She has extended that support out to other families. Sarah talks about her journey of development and growth and how some people want to hold her back or remember her back when. Sarah has sat and sits on boards to support elevating the voices of children and families. Sarah has done keynoting speaking, presentation and is a chair on a board and continues her advocacy work.  She also leads an annual school supply and backpack giveaway.
