Michele is Plant Based Certified Nutrition Coach, Food Consultant, Recipe Guru, Food Photographer.  She comes originally from Milwaukee in Wisconsin and has travelled widely living in Evansville in Indiana, St Louis in Missouri Beijing, DongGuan and Hong Kong in China and Phuket in Thailand. Currently Michele lives in Hong Kong. Michele has worked in Fashion Footwear, as a Wine School Director, Food Photographer, Culinary Nutrition Coach and she still finds time to be a Climate Reality Leader. Michele is a self-confessed Foodie and has been a Foodie most all of her life, educating herself formally and informally, in everything Food and Nutrition extensively in US, in Europe and in Asia. Michele is a dedicated environmentalist, a passion going back decades to when she assisted in an Earthwatch program in the early 90s in Zimbabwe, tracking Black Rhinos as a part of her honeymoon through to her active involvement as a Climate Reality Leader in the Al Gore initiative. Michele is on a mission to help her clients live healthier lives by changing the way they understand nutrition.
