A Study of The Inhabited Worlds, Part II - Paper 49 - The Urantia Book

from The Cosmic Citizen · host Paula Thompson

Are there other worlds in the cosmos and if so, are they inhabited?  The Urantia Book says, without equivocation, YES! There are myriad worlds in the Universe of Universes. It's describes this life in astonishing detail and in unexpected ways that will delight and surprise you. In the 1930s, a marvelous revelation called the Urantia Papers said this, "Your planet is a member of an enormous cosmos; you belong to a well-nigh infinite family of worlds, but your sphere is just as precisely administered and just as lovingly fostered as if it were the only inhabited world in all existence." (15:14.9) In the first installment of this series, we read, "All the worlds of a local system disclose unmistakable physical kinship; nevertheless, each planet has its own scale of life, no two worlds being exactly alike in plant and animal endowment." We discussed these seven distinct physical types, which have thousands upon thousands of minor variants: Atmospheric types, Elemental types, Gravity types, Temperature types, Electric types, Energizing types and Unnamed types. We covered the worlds of the non-breathers and pondered the fact that the authors of the book disclose that there is a planet of non-breathers in close proximity to us. We couldn't help but wonder how close is close? This week we will delve deeper into this paper with section 4. Evolutionary Will Creatures and Section 5.The Planetary Series of Mortals. And who knows, we may get as far as section 6. 6. Terrestrial Escape. Won't that be cool? The Urantia Revelation was describing a universe of universes a full 60 years before the Hubble actually allowed us to see it! If that doesn't make one curious about what it says, nothing ever will. This book that claims to be a revelation to our world, from a freindly and well order universe is truly remarkable. If you are curious, by all means.... tune in.
