A Study of The Inhabited Worlds, Part III - Paper 49 - The Urantia Book

from The Cosmic Citizen · host Paula Thompson

The Urantia Book says, without equivocation, that there are other worlds in the cosmos and some of them are inhabited! The Urantia Book describes myriad worlds in the Universe of Universes. It's describes life on these worlds in astonishing detail and in unexpected ways that will delight and surprise you. In the first installment of this series, we read, "All the worlds of a local system disclose unmistakable physical kinship; nevertheless, each planet has its own scale of life, no two worlds being exactly alike in plant and animal endowment." In the second installment we discussed this, "You would be more than interested in the planetary conduct of this type of mortal because such a race of beings inhabits a sphere in close proximity to Urantia."  Wow! An inhabited planet in close proximity. We discussed the distinct physical types, the planetary series of mortals, the races of color, what constitutes a human being, and many other amazing things. We covered the worlds of the non-breathers, breathers and sub-breathers. We pondered the different planetary series of mortals on inhabited worlds, including the brain-type series, spirit-reception series, creature-kinship serials, to name a few. This week we will finish this paper with section 6. Terrestrial Escape. It begins with: "All of the differing physical types and planetary series of mortals alike enjoy the ministry of Thought Adjusters, guardian angels, and the various orders of the messenger hosts of the Infinite Spirit. All alike are liberated from the bonds of flesh by the emancipation of natural death, and all alike go thence to the morontia worlds of spiritual evolution and mind progress." This is a great section dealing predominantly with the mortal ascension. This section covers the how, where and why of mortal ascension. If you plan to ascend, or are curious about ascension, please tune in.
