Greetings Earthlings & Happy Spring Equinox which takes place between March 19-22 in the Northern Hemisphere. Ostara will not be pleased that the U.S. Forest Service's ‘timber target’ decisions (their words not ours) is putting the climate at risk, undermining Biden's critical climate goals, and violating federal law. Surprise! That according to the Southern Environmental Law Center (and why would we doubt it given USFS' sorry history). Patrick Hunter, Managing Attorney at the Southern Environmental Law Center joins us to talk about SELC's new, first-of-its-kind lawsuit.
