A Traumatic Fire

Warning: Some details are graphic listen with discretion. It was early December of 2017, after a night of burlesque, I got home and had gone to bed, but was woken up by the fire alarm going off. This is a regular occurrence when you live in a high rise apartment building. It gets pulled all the time and you tend to get used to it. For a lot of people who live in my building we don’t care much and tend not to leave our apartments. Except this night it was so very different and then a week later something else happened.
