Cy: Roedd y dydd yn glir ac oer.
En: The day was clear and cold.

Cy: Roedd lliwiau'r gaeaf yn gorffwys ar Cae Ddinas, y coed heb ddail yn gwasgaru cysgodion hir ar lawntiau rhewllyd.
En: The winter colors were resting on Cae Ddinas, the leafless trees casting long shadows on frosty lawns.

Cy: Roedd Gethin, tad ifanc, yn cerdded ar hyd y llwybrau caled, ei lygaid yn gwylio Carys, ei ferch fach anturus, wrth iddi chwilio drwy'r cae.
En: Gethin, a young father, was walking along the hardened paths, his eyes watching Carys, his adventurous little daughter, as she searched through the field.

Cy: “Paid mynd yn rhy bell, Carys!” gwaeddodd Gethin, yn teimlo’r gwres o bryder cyfarwydd.
En: “Don’t go too far, Carys!” shouted Gethin, feeling the familiar warmth of worry.

Cy: Ond roedd Carys yn cael ei hudo gan hylif yr haul ar y gramen rhew.
En: But Carys was fascinated by the sunlight on the crust of ice.

Cy: Yn sydyn, llithrodd dychymg y plentyn i fyd llawn chwilfrydedd.
En: Suddenly, the child's imagination slipped into a world full of curiosity.

Cy: “Beth yw hwn?” gofynnodd Carys, gan godi cnau bach o'r llawr.
En: “What is this?” asked Carys, picking up a small nut from the ground.

Cy: Heb feddwl, rhoddodd ef yn ei cheg.
En: Without thinking, she put it in her mouth.

Cy: Ymhen dim ond eiliadau, dechreuodd Carys anadlu’n anodd.
En: Within moments, Carys began to have difficulty breathing.

Cy: Roedd ei thafod yn chwyddo, a wyneba Gethin yn newid o glaear i ofn.
En: Her tongue was swelling, and Gethin's face changed from bright to fearful.

Cy: Paratoi fel roedd bob amser, ond, i’w arswyd, sylweddolodd nad oedd ganddo'r chwistrell epineffrin.
En: Prepared as he always was, yet, to his horror, he realized he didn’t have the epinephrine injector.

Cy: ¡Colli'r dyfais oedd ei ddychryn mwyaf!
En: Losing the device was his greatest fear!

Cy: Emrys, dyn yn mynd heibio gyda bag ar ei ysgwydd, sylweddolodd y sefyllfa bryderus.
En: Emrys, a man passing by with a bag on his shoulder, noticed the worrisome situation.

Cy: Daeth ymlaen yn gyflym, gan weddïo y gallai helpu.
En: He quickly approached, praying he could help.

Cy: “Sgen i offer meddygol, a fedra i helpu,” meddai Emrys, lygaid ef yn llawn gobaith a bryder.
En: “I have medical supplies, and I can help,” said Emrys, his eyes full of hope and concern.

Cy: Gethin teimlai'r arswyd yn llifo, ond yr awydd i achub ei ferch oedd yn drech na'i ymddiriedaeth yng nghyflawn dieithr.
En: Gethin felt the horror flowing, but the desire to save his daughter was stronger than his trust in a complete stranger.

Cy: “O'r gorau,” cytunodd yn nerfus, gan gadw Carys yng nghanol ei freichiau.
En: “Alright,” he agreed nervously, keeping Carys in the midst of his arms.

Cy: Defnyddiodd Emrys gyflenwad o’i fag, ofalus a thra medrus.
En: Emrys used a supply from his bag, careful and skillful.

Cy: Pob gweinyddiaeth yn gofalus, a gwylio’r breuder y dirwyn i ben.
En: Every administration was careful, watching the fragility come to an end.

Cy: Ychydig bach yn araf, a dechreuodd Carys anadlu’n haws.
En: Slowly but surely, Carys began to breathe more easily.

Cy: Wrth i barafeddygon gyrraedd, roedd Gethin yn llawn cyffro a diolchgarwch, yn derbyn Emrys fel gobaith mewn amser o angen.
En: As the paramedics arrived, Gethin was full of excitement and gratitude, accepting Emrys as a beacon of hope in a time of need.

Cy: Yn yr awyr anadledig o'r nos, ar ôl i'r holl emosiwn setlo, sylweddolodd Gethin pa mor bwysig yw ymddiried y rhai o’n cwmpas.
En: In the breathless air of the evening, after all the emotion had settled, Gethin realized how important it is to trust those around us.

Cy: Nid yw'n medru rheoli popeth, ac weithiau, roedd angen dibynnu ar eraill.
En: He can't control everything, and sometimes, he needed to rely on others.

Cy: Y dorf wynn yn y parc rhewllyd a fu; Gethin yn ymdeithau tuag adref, dal Carys yn dynn, y ddau yn chwilio ymlaen at ddiwrnodau cliriach sy’n dod.
En: The white crowd in the frosty park had dispersed; Gethin walked homeward, holding Carys tightly, both looking forward to clearer days ahead.

Cy: Emrys yn cerdded i ffwrdd gyda thawelwch meddwl, profiad diweddar yn bleth bythgofiadwy mewn symud ymlaen.
En: Emrys walked away with peace of mind, the recent experience an unforgettable knot in moving forward.
