Aaron Dahmen: ZB Chief Political Reporter on the Government's $128 million support package for universities

The Government says it's heard the tertiary education sector's concerns- and is pledging $128 million dollars to providers. It's split over the next two years, and will increase tuition subsidies an extra 4 percent at degree-level and above. Finance Minister Grant Robertson is adamant this support package for universities is not a bailout. ZB Chief Political Reporter Aaron Dahmen says there's still lingering questions about how the Government and these academic institutions got to this point.
