MPs from all of the nation's major political parties are arriving for the annual parliamentary pōwhiri at the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. This year's parliamentary pōwhiri presents the first opportunity for Prime Minister Chris Hipkins to connect with important Maori leaders. ZB's Chief political reporter Aaron Dahmen says there was some confusion yesterday about whether or not political leaders could speak at the pōwhiri.
