También destaca que les anima que “poco a poco nos anima que el inversor se de cuenta de que no puede estar fuera del mercado y que el real estate haya corrido mucho”. Además señala que “poco a poco el inversor se está formando cada vez más, quiere invertir y quiere tener su dinero en circulación”. “Nosotros somos razonablemente positivos de cara a la segunda mitad de año”, explica Miguel Castells. El Director de inversiones de Unicaja AM dice que esto sucede “a pesar de que los mercados se han comportado bien en los últimos meses desde el punto de vista de la prima de riesgo del mercado”. También dice que “a su juicio el mercado se ha puesto en una retórica en torno a la subida de la inflación un tanto pesimista”. Según él, el mercado “ha sobrereaccionado a las potenciales subidas de tipos previstas para este año y en el timing también”. Aquí también es muy importante el papel de Kevin Warsh y sus decisiones respecto a las subidas o bajadas de tipos que haga la Reserva Federal. Sobre esto, Castells apunta que “Warsh venía un poco con el sanbenito de que era un hombre de paja puesto por Trump y necesitaba dar una imagen de credibilidad”. Por eso, para él, tuvo “un posicionamiento duro”. Desde Aberdeen, se aventuran a decir que “el petróleo acabará a final de año a 68 dólares el barril y se pasará de un crecimiento del 3,5% mundial al 3,1%”.
