Wayne Dyer said, “when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”. On this episode, I talk about friction and how we can sometimes look at what’s happening around us and blame others for how we feel. The reality is we are the only ones who get to decide how we feel. Reframing the way I look at things helps me raise my energy level and stay out of the low level energy around blaming. I say assume best intentions and I mean that. I also know that even though I may assume that, there are people out there who do not have best intentions at heart. For those people I say, have good boundaries!!  If you want to work with me and figure out where you are out you can change the way you look at things, let’s have a discovery call or jump into one of my free monthly workshops. The next one is October 12th at 6pm PST via zoom. Message me for a link. I hope this helps you on your journey.
