In this week's episode Janeen continues the discussion of abuse with the physical aspect with therapists Kimberly Day and Alana Gordon.   What we have learned is,  the victims aren't always aware that they are being physically abused as the affects of this type of abuse are not always manifest in really overt or overtly injurious type of incidents.  Kim and Alana discuss the questions what do you do if you are in a physically abusive relationship? How can you give yourself permission to reach out for help when you're married with a partner who is particularly prone to violence.
