Accepting help

If you're like me, accepting and benefiting from the help that exists can be a real challenge. One of the things that's helped me is to realize that m srlf esteem is not in any way diminished by accepting help, I don't have to do it on my own to be proud of myself. I'm proud of myself because of who I am not because of what I do.
