Accountability check in and Guided Breathwork!

from Let's Be Honest with Daria Cooper · host Daria Cooper

I use today's episode to make space for all of us. Let's melt into this short time for ourselves, to check in and see what we need, breath a little or don't! Can you find a quiet space? just 15 mins Tap in with me while I review the good habits I've set my sights on for this winter season; no screen time before or after bed getting outside/ sun on my face everyday learning about & incorporating cycle syncing into my life continue skin care routine meditation * ... and how I'm handling these activities ^^ in connection with real life~ This is compassion people!!! In turn, I'll guide listeners through an Ujjayi breathing 'moment'. Ujjayi breath is when you breath in and out through the nose, creating a purposeful vibration in the back of the throat. This vibration can be used as a guide or musical rhythm. The technique helps draw attention inward allowing your awareness to rely on the breathing pattern. Benefits include: Calms mind Lowers blood pressure Slows heart rate Reduces anxiety  Promotes clarity and focus If you listened let us know or leave a review!
