Something more.So this episode is a reflection on that pattern. On stopping for a moment. On learning how to appreciate what we have achieved. On being grateful not only for the big milestones but for the small steps that got us there.It is also about understanding that goals can change, and that is okay. We do not need to depreciate ourselves just because something feels easier now. Growth naturally makes old goals feel normal. That does not mean they were small. It means we expanded.Big goals are built from small consistent steps.
