ACLU fights For Mail Privileges at County Jails and The 2nd Annual Women Veterans Benefits Fair and Resource Expo

On this edition of Jaws of Justice Radio Margo Patterson talks with Doug Bonney, Chief Litigator for the Kansas and Western Missouri Chapter of The ACLU about rules governing the sending and recieving of mail by inmates in County jails across our Area. It seems that some Jails are restricting mail to and/or from prisoners to postcards only. The ACLU believes this to be a violation of inmates rights.
